💥💥💥Boom!!! Rebecca changed her life around! She trained with us 6x a week, dropping over 24lbs and as you can see; transformed herself. These type of results are not easy! Yes the scientific process of losing fat is probably one of the simplest things to understand, but the actual doing part is HARD. We're now going to be operating 5 mornings a week.
We're going to be adding Tuesday and Thursday 6AM-7AM to the timetable. This will be a combination of a Bootcamp, Gym Work and Run Club.
This will be OPTIONAL for those who already do bootcamp 3 days a week.
... We will send out more info in the next couple days regarding the different packages and the time table.

💥💥💥 #transformationtuesday This is unbelievable and credit to Joe for getting stuck in this year and making some real changes to himself physically and mentally. Dropping this sort of weight is NOT easy. Well yes the process is easy; calorie deficit from a combination of diet and training for a period of time. Which is what was done here, but the will to turn up everyday and apply is not easy. It’s much easier to be overweight and it’s much easier to be unhealthy. This is remarkable and congratulations to Joe for this change in lifestyle for the better 🏆

i can't believe how much i enjoy bootcamp, it sets me up for the rest of the day!

no one judges and it's a range of different fitness levels, i can't believe the change i can see and feel in myself after just 4 weeks �

week 1 i couldn't hold a squat without loosing my balance and falling backwards (i don't know why) but with the right advice and help i can now hold one with a very rare fall � one of many things i've achieved and i will definitely be keeping it up!�

You think the 5am starts to be there for 6am are the worst thing thing ever until you start seeing results and realise how much of an impact it all makes. They get easier and they are most definitely worth it. This is my third one now and il be continuing to do these to keep it up! Best way to start your day�

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at bootcamp, well worth travelling from kirkham to Blackpool for at silly o clock in the morning 😜. Great way to start the day, a hard work out with fantastic trainers and lots of support and encouragement...and even back home in time for the school run! Can't recommend it highly enough! This is the best thing ever in terms of fitness. It's challenging but with a great group of people, excellent support and a range of fitness levels. If your new to excersize or looking for something different come and join the family

Love coming to bootcamp. I do a lot of exercise anyway but it's good to have people to give you some structure and make sure you put the effort in. Everyone is so friendly and I was made to feel welcome from the start. I am on my third time now and will continue to come, it gives you the kick up the bum that you need sometimes. I hated doing weights at the gym but with the help you get here I can't get enough now. They teach you to do everything in the correct way to get the best out of each session �

I've been going to the gym for quite a while now but had become a bit routined and found myself at a bit of a plateau. Since starting bootcamp in February my fitness and strength has improved massively and I've also managed to drop 5% in body fat. The sessions are not only challenging but also a lot of fun too, both Rob and Jamie are very supportive and definitely aim to get the best out of you. Everyone is so friendly and you're completely put at ease. Couldn't recommend the bootcamp enough!!

I can't recommend this bootcamp enough. After having my little boy, returning to exercise was tough for me, I was disheartened with my fitness levels and couldn't even do one full push up anymore. Attending BTB has helped me get back to my pre baby fitness levels and more, I feel strong and have seen real changes in my body that I doubt I would've done if I hadn't joined this bootcamp. Friendly atmosphere too, Rob and Jamie are brilliant at keeping you motivated ��
