Went to my first class tonight. Wow absolutely brilliant. Lorna has amazing energy and really gets you going. Felt like I had done a decent work out at the end of it. �

This class is fanstastic. Lorna is really friendly and motivational, the music and lights add great atmosphere and It’s definitely harder than it looks to keep in timing, but Lorna’s very patient and it is lots of fun, one of the most interesting ways to get fit! Xx

Fantastic done 3 classes up to now and can see results. Lorna is great she is very friendly and helpful. Goes through all moves before hand explains everything. Cant recommend enough better than any gym. X

Fab class Lorna is a great instructor classes fit all fitness levels very welcoming and friendly don't feel uncomfortable like in other classes I've joined would highly recommend.

Amazing first class tonight. Routines were great and varied plus the music was great. Lorna was a brilliant instructor too.
