You don't have to be super fit to try this class, it is very kind to the joints as it is on a trampoline and not a high impact class, so is perfect for all levels of fitness. You really can make this class as tough or as easy as you wish.
This class is so much fun, it will have you laughing, whooping, cheering and singing and at the same time leave you sweating from head to toe. Not many classes have that mix of fun and a hard work so please come and try. . .
