Bounce Warrington Description
Performed on a mini trampoline this fitness class is 3 times more effective than other exercise due to gravity's additional force on the tramp pad.
Focusing on simple arm and leg moves while bouncing around to high speed urban beats, this low impact workout is suited to all ages and fitness levels and even those returning from injury.
Sessions are 45 mins and include body conditioning and core stability focusing on muscle tone to achieve an all-over cardio workout that will have you hooked! .

Fantastic- friendly and fun - when you start you don't have to keep up, just keep moving, no judgement, no laughing, just come and try it if you haven't already - Saturday morning boost is a good start to the weekend
