Fantastic staff, they went out of their way to help me with a wheelchair

Went last week and asked for help to be told to look in catalogue!!!!!

Been today to purchase a kitchen... my plan, as a qualified joiner, was dismissed and the not so happy to help recommended Wicks!!!!!

Phoned to complain.... to be told the assistant was highly qualified!!!! Clearly not in customer service!!!!!

Will not return!!!!!

Trying to resolve an issue for my blind disabled brother Bernard regarding an incomplete order. Its horrific to think that in this day and age staff are definately not Disability Awareness trained..Common sense does not prevail..if he does not answer phone,phone again . and again and again until he does., or do the staff have a mindset of..hes blind and disabled so it doent matter..mmm
