We sold our house through BFL in 2016. They provided a great service and got plenty of people through the door viewing the property. They offered good advice about the current state of the market and were always available to talk to and provide guidance. All in all an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to friends.

We had our house on the market with Bradshaw’s and they looked after us extremely well. We had a lot of interest from very enthusiastic buyers and were delighted with the offers We were unexpectedly let down a few months into the deal, which was a shock, but Bradshaw’s were extremely supportive and proactive in renegotiating a good deal for us, which was successful. We very much enjoyed working with all the staff who became friends during this time.

Very professional organisation and I would highly recommend using them.

I can't recommend Bradshaw Farnham and Lea highly enough. I have now sold 3 and purchased 2 properties through them. This last experience was faultless. The first people through the door purchased, partly because of the quality of the decor, fixtures and fittings and partly because of the excellent marketing.



The staff in this office are so very helpful and made the sale as painless as possible, always being there with advice and support.



I would describe BFL, West Kirby, as friendly, efficient and effective. I would recommend BFL to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. Thank you very much :)

Venmore (dale st) If i could rate lower i would. Been in my house 3 months now and still waiting for property to be in a good standard, even ended up in hospital because of the neglect in fixing, and currently living the cold due a broken window i reported weeks and weeks ago!! Constantly fail to ring back or respond to emails/letters. To top it off this evening we have called and called, been promised and promised and now the person in question has gone home!!

These people have failed to ring my parents about properties 3 times despite my mother ringing them several times over. Everytime the houses have gone whilst my mother has been told to 'wait for a phonecall'. Disgusting customer service.

Incompetent staff and they don't take complaints seriously. AVOID!

We rented a house with a mouldy, smelly and gunky washing machine and they've still not replaced it 39 days later. Poor contact with us and nobody seems to give a crap about the fact that our kitchen tap is leaking onto live plug sockets...

Only way we get contacted by maintenance is when we complain to customer services about them, but still nothing gets done.
