Hello and thank-you for visiting my page and listening to my story.
My background and experience is in Beauty and Holistic Therapies and my 25 year journey has taken me into the realms of Massage therapy, Reiki healing, Crystal and Colour healing, Aromatherapy and sound healing to name but a few. During the years I have witnessed deep healing and transformation on every level and met many, many wonderful people, my aim has always been to create a nurturing, safe, relaxing space and the opportunity to 're-connect' and re-kindle the light within, to empower and bring realisation of the potential we all possess.
Stress has sadly become a huge factor in the health and wellbeing of countless people in this modern age, lack of time and the fast pace of life, how many times do we say " I just don't have the time", a reply we are all guilty of. . . . . . but it is up to us to create that time.
There is a great need for people to re-connect, retreat, relax and 'breathe', Bramble and Shine provides the space for that to happen. . . Bramble and Shine offers mini retreats, meditation and creative workshops and regular social gatherings to promote wellbeing, fun and inspiration.
