I had an issue as I did not receive my order after 2 weeks. I emailed and the order was shipped again that day arrived the following day via Royal Mail. Happy with my items when they arrived and happy it was resolved asap.

They were very apologetic and I appreciated their quick response.

Your products look great but as you like to body shame women and most of us have hang ups about the way we look I won't even bother to purchase from you �

Ordered goods at the beginning of September for an upcoming holiday expecting them to arrive in 5 days as stated. Still waiting now and been on holiday, asked for a refund, not received one, no one answering calls........ Funny that! They manage to update their website but nobody will talk to you.** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY**

Ordered and paid for a bra almost four weeks ago. It hasn't arrived, and neither has there been any refund (even though they had already agreed to refund the postage). At this stage I'm assuming I won't get the product and have asked for a refund but they are now ignoring my emails and deleted a comment I posted on here (and seem to have tried to block me from this page - suspiciously it crashes whenever I load it on my phone). Wish I'd read the reviews before I'd ordered. Will now have to seek advice on how to get my money back.

Ordered a shaper 2 weeks ago and paid for 3 to 4 days delivery. Saved up to buy the shaper and now I've lost that money because of no answers to emails or calls! All I want is a refund!

Like many people have noted here I ordered a bra over a month ago. It was supposed to arrive in 6 to 10 business days, nothing. When I asked, they apparently don't have that colour left anymore....so we're just not gonna ship? I've asked for another colour and have been waiting 2 weeks now.



Sad thing is this is the second time in a row this has happened. Thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt yknow, but fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me. Well I won't get fooled again, another customer lost and no more recommendations either!

If I could give them no stars I would. Bought a bra and pants from them off Amazon. They took around 3 weeks to arrive and weren't as described (bra said it was suitable for nursing mothers, it wasn't). I sent them back (at my own expense 😡) and 3 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. According to them, they haven't been received.
