Came here on Thursday 2nd February for our sons 13th birthday meal and like past times we have been had a pleasant experience service was great especially Val who is warm and welcoming friendly and courteous with customers defo a candidate for employee of the month! Food was lovely and my partner had the curry night on the chef counter and took full advantage of the all you can eat! Kids also were able to test the curries because of this which was great. I had the mixed grill and everything was cooked perfect on it and desserts were delicious. Thanks for great food and great service. Till nxt time x

2nd family celebration we have had in the Chapel Brook in the last couple of months and found the staff were fantastic. All our food was lovely on both occasions. I do think the toilets need updating as one of the ladies was out of order and the taps were loose. But other than that no complaints.

User

Very reasonably priced place, great for families with little ones, not so great for couples (for same reason ha ha) - large outside area for when the sun shines marred by its close proximity to a major feeder road to the M62 and the huge industrial park that it's located on.

Me and my partner went on Sunday early afternoon, last minute decision so hadn't booked. Got a table no problem. Have been here a few times now as live local. Food order arrived quite quickly and was hot (a bonus). Only slight problem was the cutlery on the table was not clean but this was changed for a clean set. A pleasant, cheerful waitress came over and offered me a glass of iced water (first time that had happened). All in all the food we had was delicious and I wouldn't hesitate in going back again.

User

Good choice of food. I take my granddaughter who lov to play & eat. Quite reasonable to.

User

All staff was nice apart from one male staff member when myself and my dad asked can we take any table he just surged his shoulders and walked off then seen the male staff member smoking in car park

User

Was so disappointed. 12 of us went for our grandsons 15th birthday I ordered mixed grill for my husband and myself and the steak was unedible eggs like bullets my husband just ate the sausages. I ordered 2 chefs corner for my adult daughters and there was only half the menu on. My older daughter ordered for herself and her two sons and were served when everyone else had finished their meal also her mother in law ordered beef chilli and was brought beef pudding. The best thing about it was the birthday cake we brought ourselves.

User

The service and staff as well as the cleanliness and presentation of the pub are excellent. The food wasn't up to much though... I chose mega haddock and chips, the chips are tasteless and the fish was more batter than fish, it would be better smaller and better quality the piece was a long tail end with no real depth at any part of the fish.

Saturday November 4th, all tables fully booked it was a very busy evening.

Was able to seat our party together over two tables in fun factory side.

Staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us meal was a bit of a let down on this occasion, salmon was dry and overcooked as if had been left under the heat lamps for too long which was a shame.

Wont put me off going as food is usually spot on.

Another member of our party asked for a medium steak but described his steak as well well done.

As I said it was an exceptionally busy evening with quite a few large parties.

Still the best family pub around though

I had the pleasure of staying at the premier inn for the first time.

The premier inn was great a d the staff very professional and helpful.

Sadly the same can't be said for the brewers fare.

I found the bar staff lacking in professionalism.

I stood along with other customers waiting for bar staff to finish there chatting to each other.

The bar person that served me ( IF you can call it service) didn't once use please or thank you .

She was totally rubbish.

The person I must say was helpful ,friendly and very professional was a waitress called Val. She is a credit to your company.

The company I'm working with is IELive.

They have booked a number of dates with premier inn this year as we work up and down the country.

I must say the morning breakfast is fantastic..

Kind regards

Went with the kids for a catch up with family. I ordered a chicken burger. When it came the chips were roasting but the burger was freezing. Really not worth £10, staff were accommodating and really helpful and kids loved the play area but the food really needs looking at. Aside from it being cold it looked like rubber anyway, as if it's been pre-cooked and then "warmed" in the microwave.

Went Friday at 7.30 bit of a wait for food which we don’t mind but when it came the new potatoes were hard. Lots of people had longer waits. Some of them with children. So until they either employ more staff or the ones the have learn how to boil potatoes so you can eat them or manage their meal preparation better we won’t be going again

User

Went here today for my mums 71st birthday meal, her steak was ok, my yorkshire pud was so hard, it hurt my gums trying to eat it! Partners blsck and blue burger was not worth the near £11 paid for it! Staff were lovely but will not be eating here again unless it's from the chefs counter as thats the only food I've not had a problem with when ive had it, last 4-5 menu meals have either been burnt and sent back or not to a standard i expect for the price!

User

Went here for a birthday celebration and from start to finish the food and service was abysmal.Hairs in the food and all that they done was remove the hair and place the plate back on the table, the curry was bland (I'm on the toilet as I right this post) that's how bad it was, then my daughter in law went up to complain and she heard a staff member say "is that table 6 again"

If your food and service were up to standard then there would be no need to complain. Also staff where S_ _T

Very disappointed ex customer.TABLE 6

Drinks mixer wasn’t working properly

Men’s toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day and their was pee all over the floor (both the cubicle and urinal area) - if the toilets look like this I can only dread to imagine what the kitchen was like.

All staff was nice apart from one male staff member when myself and my dad asked can we take any table he just surged his shoulders and walked off then seen the male staff member smoking in car park
