Bridgeway Care Home

Bridgeway provides 24 hour support for up to 27 people with nursing needs and physical disabilities. We provide a warm and homely environment.

The support at Bridgeway is delivered by a dedicated and professional team who are committed to provide the warmth, friendship, respect and dignity which each person has a right to expect. Experienced and trained nursing staff - along with support staff - deliver a service that reflects the individual philosophy for each person. Each person at Bridgeway is encouraged to retain their independence by making choices about their lifestyle and maintaining contact with family and friends, as well as the community at large. Bridgeway liaises with individuals, their families, community organisations, social services departments and purchasing authorities to support Person Centred Planning. Staff ensure that full account is taken of all individuals social, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs.
