After a very poor experience with this garage when the car had it's first service, we decided not to use them again for servicing. However we needed to reinstate the bodywork & lifetime warranties, so with some trepidation I approached them. The service receptionist, Amelia Quine, was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and, above all, professional in making sure this got sorted. She single-handedly has restored enough faith in the main dealer set-up that I am now letting them have first chance at looking after the car at the next service. Let's hope the whole team can meet the expectations she has set :)

Terrible service after giving them another chance to prove themselves. Service department overcharges and recommends work that is not needed and the management lies about things being refundable. Not impressed and take my car to Kwikfit now.
