Recently visited the Lytham branch to order a pair of glasses that I discovered here a few weeks prior. To my surprise my previous visit was remembered and I very much like the easy manner it is here to make your selection with friendly service. Looking forward to picking up my glasses when ready. Would definitely recommend.

Just had my appointment with Marie-laure and cannot thank her enough. I have keratoconus and she went out of her way to make me feel better, fix my vision and really help in every way she could!! I look forward to seeing clearly again

I have been having trouble wth my prescription for a while..

"i had eye test somewere else"

But Diane took charge of prescription starting from start to finish and has sorted my new glasses out at last ..she has been brilliant ..

I had an appointment with Emma in the Lytham branch and she couldn't have been more helpful, polite and welcoming. All the staff worked well together which you don't see very often. Emma brightened up my day!

Great selection of frames. Very kind and polite staff who are also very attentive and helpful. Overall service of getting some new glasses went very smoothly and I was kept updated during the process. Happy customer and will be returning!
