We just stumbled on this place today after we were going else were, so glad we did! Omg amazing food! Amazing service!! The mushrooms, chips and ribs are the best I have ever tasted!! The meat is just wow!! Thank you x

We have been 3 years in a row for our annual family girls night out its amazing the food is lovely an the staff are realy welcoming

We had a table for 12 booked last night and everything about our experience was lovely. Thank you again! We will definitely all be back soon x

Visited for the first time last week for my partners birthday, we were immediately welcomed & seated, & asked if we had been before, when we advised no the lady explained exactly how everything works with the red/ green card (turn it green when ready for the many meats to start coming out one by one, red for when you are taking a break or finished), & took our drinks order. Salad/ pasta/ potatos are "help yourself" which is great so you can pick & choose what you want & how much, & the chefs bring out various meats to cut onto your plate. Staff were lovely & friendly, service was fantastic as was the food, highly recommend & will definitely visit again.

Very rare date night with the other half while we had a babysitter. Was not disappointed. My other half had never been to anything like this before but I was very excited and we both came away happy and very very full. Will definitely be back when we next have a babysitter :)

We were served by a very polite and attentive waiter and had the privilege of speaking with the owner who went beyond the menu for a Sunday night and cooked us both an individual sirloin steak at no extra cost. This was the icing on the cake for what has been a wonderful visit to this restaurant. Oh and the mojitos are top notch too. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to my next visit �

Lovely place started with cocktails . Garlic mushrooms was so tasty as was everything else on the sides lots off meats brought out only tasted a few was too full hubby enjoyed it too was so full afterwards lovely staff would like to cone back soon .

Excellent value, friendly attentive staff, one of our party was held up and staff could not have been more helpful in looking after her while she caught up with the rest of us. All food excellent quality and beautifully cooked and served! Buffet regularly refreshed and piping hot. Salad crunchy and fresh. Brilliant!

We have been a couple of times, both times staff were very pleasant lots of choice. Lots of beef and steak but as I do not eat red meat I was a bit worried there would not be much for me to eat. There was actually plenty for me. Will be going again

First time of visiting a lovely atmosphere, drinks are plentiful and a fantastic choice. Once sat down we was told to help ourselves to the buffet the food looked inviting and a good choice for both hot & cold when we got to take our turn there was no plates we waited a good 5 mins for them to arrive after our selection we sat down to bring the meat and realised some had already been brought out on waitin for our plates. The meat was tender I would recommend the lamb gammon & pork n mustard although very sparse unfortunately I wouldn’t pay £23 again for the privilege

For the first hour of being there we was offered spicey/chilli beef numerous times and the odd opportunity to have rump steak , after 80 minutes we had to ask was there any other means to try .

We was then offered chilli chicken , there was other tables being offered a variety of other meats constantly and they just kept bypassing our table.

We was polite to staff and wondered what we had done for them to ignore us ..it was bizzare to say the least, it was also a shame as we was so looking forward to dining there.

The salad bar was nice and so was the chilli beef but couldn't eat anymore of it ..14 meats we had 3 plus sausage as that what was offered .

We will not be visiting there again and should of just got a 3 meat kebab and saved our time.

I recommend you stick the green card to your forehead to see if you will be served , as everything else they will simply ignore you.

Very unprofessional when I had a booth booked for 20 people for an engagement party to be cancelled the week before for a so called ticket only function. Shouldn’t be booking people in with 2 months notice to then say your manager said ring me and cancel. Intrigued to find out if people eating can go for a drink without a “ ticket “

So this time last year I rated this place 5 stars and have been plenty times since. Unfortunately Iv just had to remove my 5 star review. Tonight we had a table booked for 8pm we had left by half 9. For some reason we kept getting missed out with regards to the meat which seemed to keep going to the other busier side of the room. There was one waiter which went to the people next to us and totally missed us out all together THREE times maybe more. We had to get up to ask for drinks and was basically shoo’d away and was told that someone would see to us. Nobody came so I had to ask another person.. 20 minutes passed no drinks so we asked somebody how long they where going to be. 10 minutes later we got our drinks I was that parched I needed another. I don’t know about anybody else but I go to Bruno’s for the meat and I ate more chips and mushrooms tonight. The price was more expensive tonight obviously because it’s New Years Eve but it was defiantly not worth it. We decided to go in to the bar and have some drinks but to my surprise there was no where at all to sit as the ‘booths’ where reserved so we left. Real shame because I loved this place but I don’t think I’ll be back after tonight.
