Juste, was an absolute delight, made our purchase and visit to the boutique so much more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and our one to one consultation was so personal!

I purchased the 'camouflage horse ferry check Canterbury tote bag' bag from Burberry store in Manchester.

I fell in love with the bag the moment I saw it, just to realise when I used it the once for merely a few hours it was causing me pain in my shoulder.

I took it back to the Burberry shop in Manchester and the manager there had no consideration or concern of my well being and very Rudely said there was nothing she can do as It was used( for 2-3 hours) not realising I was not returning the bag out of my own will..had I not had used it I would not have realised it caused me discomfort .... I was not returning the bag because I didn't like it anymore etc..a bags purpose is to to carry a few essentials and to look pretty! Not to cause pain!!

I was very disappointed with the manager at the Manchester store as to not taking any responsibly and handling the situation with no concern for the customers health or well being in mind...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIA STORE AS THE MANAGER IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE.
