What a difference a day makes!!

Took my Mustang to Burns Congleton for a service and warranty claim work. They were able to fit me in quick at Burns and sorted the service and confirmed my car had an issue with rear brakes and have put a claim in with Ford HQ to get the required parts on order.



Chris and Larry were great, plus Karl even replied on Facebook at 11pm at night, once the replacement parts arrive they will get my car back in to have warranty work completed.



Its finally nice to find a Ford dealership that does not make you just feel like a number and actually take care of your car and make you the customer feel important.



Thank you Burns of Congleton, shall be recommending you guys to other Mustang owners. :)

The Beast from the East wasn't going to stop us from collecting our new Focus ST Line X today. Many thanks to Dominc and Neil for excellent customer service, also thanks to Dean for the test drive on a used car the week before. Very pleased with our purchase and looking forward for the snow to go so that we can go for a nice drive.

Picked up my Kuga ST-line last night off Dominic, can honestly say that Burns Garage are fantastic to deal with. Very easy going, no pressure, polite, very responsive to calls/Messenger. This is my second experience of this garage in the last 3 months. I accompanied my son when he bought a used Fiesta in January, and he was pleasantly surprised by their attitude and the whole experience of buying a car. Thank you very much �

My husband and I have used Burns garage for years. They have always give us excellent service and really inspire confidence. They are the main reason we keep buying Fords as we know as long as we can take them to Burns we will never have to worry about maintenance.

I have a 22 month old Fiesta Ecoboost 1.0 on which the aircon failed a short while ago. Booked it into Burns in advance so I could benefit from a courtesy car. In the event what I thought would be a fairly quick repair turned out to be a difficult to find electrical fault. No fault of Burns. I have to say that although they had the car for a few days they kept me fully informed of developments & finally rang me an hour before it was due to be ready. When I arrived I was delighted that not only had they fixed the fault under warranty(as expected) but they had also given my rather dirty car a good wash. Thank you Burns. Nice people to deal with.

Excellent service from Burns Garage Congleton.

From start to finish they have been excellent. They have just rectified the aircon on the car I recently purchased and even washed it for me! I felt like I have been treated with courtesy and respect throughout. Thank you to Karl for your friendly and helpful service.

I would only ever deal with a family run dealership like Burns in the future having recently received terrible customer service from a big car dealership, where I felt they were only interested in sales and commission.

Bought my new car from them a few days ago (focus zetec s). The salesman I delt was Dean and he was great to deal with and helpful from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a new or second hand car.

Bought a KA+ Zetec yesterday. Was really pleased with the service and the salesman. Been driving for 40 years and this is the first time I've bought a car and not come away from the experience feeling a little pressured into my choice and troubled that I had been duped somehow. The whole experience was laid back and upfront. Can't wait to get my new car and can't recommend this garage enough.
