The staff and Children wore red to nursery, took part in red themed activities and had a Mr Tumble Party. Lots of money raised for a brilliant cause.

Today we celebrate Red Nose Day 2019. Our children will be wearing red (and their red noses) and enjoying lots of opportunities to learn about the colour red. We will be having a fun day learning the "Shine Song" and the preschool children will be talking about the wonderful work Comic Relief do all around the world.

Continuing on with this years work on communication, our dedicated staff team participated in the second part of training delivered by Award Winning Speech Therapist Caspian Jamie and #Twinkleboost.
They explored all strategies of Communication Friendly Environments and practised ways of supporting all children. Caspian talked about the importance of eye contact, clear spoken words, waiting and having high expectations for all children.
We looked at visual props and how to su...pport children to increase the number and range of words a child has access to.

ЁЯР╗ЁЯР╗ЁЯР╗Following on from Green Groups interest in the Goldilocks and the 3 bears story ЁЯСзЁЯП╝ today they have been porridge tasting to see if they could tell which porridge belonged to each Bear by how it tasted.ЁЯеД The children had fun deciding which of the porridge was 'salty,sweet or "Just right"ЁЯСНthey had a vote of which porridge tastes the best with a split decision between Daddy's Bears Porridge and Baby bears Porridge ЁЯег

my children absolutely adore this nursery! the staff are lovely and i know from the second i drop them off i dont need to worry! i have to say it is the cleanest nursery i have ever seen! so glad i chose buttercup corner for my kids, they will definitely be going here all the way up to after school club :)

Today we had a look around the fabulous Buttercup corner as a potential nursery for our 21 month old son. We couldn't fault anything, we were welcomed by all the staff from the manager to the chef who were exceptionally friendly. All the children were fully engaged in activity and the staff/child ratio was very reassuring. The nursery environment was very clean, bright, full of stimulation and appears to be a great atmosphere for babies / children to play, grow and learn. Every room has its own access to a safe, clean and creative outdoor play area. Although apprehensive about our son starting nursery, we are very excited about the opportunity for him to attend Buttercup Corner and hope he will be able to flourish there.

The best choice I ever made was putting my Jenson into Buttercup Corner! I really wish now I would have done it sooner! Everyday he comes home telling me stories about his day, naming his friends and telling me what he has learnt! Little things like the borrow a book corner, the brushing the teeth corner and the picture wall make such a difference to my son! He gets so exicted to return a book as he can borrow another one. Everyday now we actually enjoy brushing our teeth thanks to the amazing figure mouth, big tooth brush, the books and also the free child's tooth brush! (Which he thinks is the best toothbrush ever) He also loves to show me the displays that he is on and show off the work he has done! 'Mum mum come here look at me on this picture I was trying sweetcorn!' He loves yoga Sue, and now says to everyone he sees 'kind hearts, kind words, kind thoughts' I could go on and on! I am one very happy and proud parent! The girls are ALL fantastic, polite, welcoming and I really couldn't thank them enough!

So today my eldest little girl graduated from buttercup corner я┐╜and what an amazing journey it has been!! Choosing this nursery is the best decision we ever made. My girl is starting her next adventure more than school ready, she has grown from a shy anxious little girl into a very confident and clever little lady this is thanks to all the help from the amazing staff who go up and above to get the very best from every child and also support us a family with whatever we need. Our youngest little girl still has another two years left here and we can not wait to watch her grow and learn at this nursery, she is already so settled and happy я┐╜ Having my girls wave goodbye smiling and running off to play is the best feeling knowing they are happy and well looked after means the world to us. Thank you to all the staff and to Kimberly for everything they have done and still do for our girls я┐╜ xx

Our daughter has been attending Buttercup Corner now for 12 months, first in the pre-school room and now she attends Play Club after school and Holiday Club. I honestly cannot sing the praises of all of the staff high enough. From our very first contact when we were enquiring about spaces to our settling in sessions, to the transition from pre-school room to her starting school nursery and then attending the play club. Our daughter absolutely loves coming, even if she comes across as a little shy sometimes, and in particular she loves attending for Holiday Club.



Thank you to all the staff at Buttercup Corner. You have made such a difference to our little girl. She has come on leaps and bounds in your care and long may this continue.

As a mum I have supported Charlotte with the decisions and choices she makes for her girls , I can honestly say that moving Imogen Rose to Buttercup Corner has been one of the best decisions she has made. Imogen has grown in confidence so much with the support of Kimberley and her staff, not been plain sailing but with their patience skills and sheer determination she has blossomed into such a bubbly confident little girl. The foundations have been laid for her to start a new chapter in her life which is I feel is the most important years: I hope Imogen will continue to flourish and be happy always . My son attended Buttercup Corner for almost 2 years and loved every single day. From the tears in the beginning when I would leave him to his very last day I knew he would be well looked after and would have a great time. Not one day would pass where I was worried he wasn't ok. The nursery itself is stunning and the staff are the best there are. Nayvin (and myself) will miss nursery but I know his time at Buttercup Corner has helped him so much and he is now ready to start a new adventure in big school. Kimberley and Stephen you truly have the best nursery around. Thank you for creating such a special nursery я┐╜

My little girl absolutely loves buttercup corner. It's such a bright and welcoming place.She is so happy and settled there and I cannot compliment the nursery enough. My little girl Anabela had her last day today before starting big school!! She has LOVED her time with all you amazing people and her lovely friends. Isla had her first day monday. I was more upset than her as she is my princesses. But the staff and nursery is brilliant. Im looking forward to seeing her grow and learn with all of her new friends.

Fantastic nursery. My little boy loves coming and on nursery day can't wait to get his backpack and coat on and get to breakfast! Lovely staff and management who are enthusiastic about what they do. I could not recommend the nursery more highly.

Every parent is very anxious about sending there children to nursery but I can honestly say it was the best choice I made. From the very start of enquiry, enrolment, and present graduation day buttercup corner has been amazing to my children. My daughter has come on in leaps and has had the best start in learning. The staff are all absolutely brilliant, the care they give to the children is like a second home. My eldest daughter graduated today and IтАЩm so sad she will be leaving this fun safe and caring environment. IтАЩm grateful my other child gets to have the same experience and continues to flourish at buttercup corner. Thank you to the owners and to all the staff you are amazing я┐╜

Coming from a previous nursery which I felt did not address specific needs of my toddler this nursery was a breath of fresh air. Very attentive, warm and obviously dedicated to the development of the kids. Am very impressed to date and very happy with my toddlers development and his joy at being there. There is detailed daily feedback (tailored) and I can honestly say all staff look like they love being there and that shows in the environment and the care given. Another big plus is that they utilise outdoor play and activities on a daily basis even when the weather is not that great. Looking forward to future in this setting!

Buttercup Corner Nursery is a place that excites its little ones, a place full of colour & of adventure - will they be pirates or a princess. I just love the feeling of "home" as I come through the door & am greeted by smiling happy staff . Keep up the brilliant work Kimberley & team you've got it just right.

Both my girls have started at buttercup corner this week. One in the Daisy's and my older girl in after school club. All staff have made both my girls feel very welcome and have settled so well! Massive relief for any parent that. Lovely to see smiles when I collect them and they both have lots of things to bring home what they have created. You can feel the love that's in this nursery, it's not just a job to these girls it's love and care тЭдя╕П

Attended our sons graduation yesterday and as usual it was an amazing day. The children were amazing and it was brilliant organised by Kimberley and the team. The nursery is amazing and all the staff are brilliant and that shows in how the children are. Yesterday each child has the confidence to sign the songs they had been learning and their little face lit up when hearing their names. I am sad that our little boy has to go to big school but he will be back at playclub every holiday. Buttercup Corner is an outstanding setting which have given our little boy a great start on his learning journey.

Amazing nursery. Gutted our time is coming to an end. Corey loves everyday and never has a negative comment or doesn't want to go. Keep up all the great work that you do in nurturing our little ones xxя┐╜

Amazing nursery, each and every member of staff go above and beyond, from the first time we went to look around I knew our little girl would be well looked after and helped to grow and learn! Also as she has severe food allergies itтАЩs hard to trust anyone to look after her as accidents do happen, over the 18 months she was at buttercup not once did she have any problems and all staff ( not just her keyworker) were aware of her allergies so that gave us extra peace of mind, alternatives were made so she could join in with birthday treats so she never felt тАШdifferentтАЩ or left out . We highly recommend the nursery and IтАЩm sad sheтАЩs had to leave to go to тАШbig schoolтАЩ. Thank you so much to Kimberley, Diane and all the other members of staff for everything x

Very attentive, warm and obviously dedicated to the development of the kids. Am very impressed to date and very happy with my toddlers development and his joy at being there. There is detailed daily feedback (tailored) and I can honestly say all staff look like they love being there and that shows in the environment and the care given. Another big plus is that they utilise outdoor play and activities on a daily basis even when the weather is not that great. Looking forward to future in this setting!

Both my girls have started at buttercup corner this week. One in the Daisy's and my older girl in after school club. All staff have made both my girls feel very welcome and have settled so well! Massive relief for any parent that. Lovely to see smiles when I collect them and they both have lots of things to bring home what they have created. You can feel the love that's in this nursery, it's not just a job to these girls it's love and care тЭдя╕П

Attended our sons graduation yesterday and as usual it was an amazing day. The children were amazing and it was brilliant organised by Kimberley and the team. The nursery is amazing and all the staff are brilliant and that shows in how the children are. Yesterday each child has the confidence to sign the songs they had been learning and their little face lit up when hearing their names. I am sad that our little boy has to go to big school but he will be back at playclub every holiday. Buttercup Corner is an outstanding setting which have given our little boy a great start on his learning journey.

Amazing nursery, each and every member of staff go above and beyond, from the first time we went to look around I knew our little girl would be well looked after and helped to grow and learn! Also as she has severe food allergies itтАЩs hard to trust anyone to look after her as accidents do happen, over the 18 months she was at buttercup not once did she have any problems and all staff ( not just her keyworker) were aware of her allergies so that gave us extra peace of mind, alternatives were made so she could join in with birthday treats so she never felt тАШdifferentтАЩ or left out . We highly recommend the nursery and IтАЩm sad sheтАЩs had to leave to go to тАШbig schoolтАЩ. Thank you so much to Kimberley, Diane and all the other members of staff for everything x

After our baby had a tumble and knocked his tooth out, Kimberley took him to the dentist as we were unable to get there in time, they always go the extra mile to make sure they provide amazing service and care for the children from start to finish. my children absolutely adore this nursery! the staff are lovely and i know from the second i drop them off i dont need to worry! i have to say it is the cleanest nursery i have ever seen! so glad i chose buttercup corner for my kids, they will definitely be going here all the way up to after school club :)

Today we had a look around the fabulous Buttercup corner as a potential nursery for our 21 month old son. We couldn't fault anything, we were welcomed by all the staff from the manager to the chef who were exceptionally friendly. All the children were fully engaged in activity and the staff/child ratio was very reassuring. The nursery environment was very clean, bright, full of stimulation and appears to be a great atmosphere for babies / children to play, grow and learn. Every room has its own access to a safe, clean and creative outdoor play area. Although apprehensive about our son starting nursery, we are very excited about the opportunity for him to attend Buttercup Corner and hope he will be able to flourish there.

The best choice I ever made was putting my Jenson into Buttercup Corner! I really wish now I would have done it sooner! Everyday he comes home telling me stories about his day, naming his friends and telling me what he has learnt! Little things like the borrow a book corner, the brushing the teeth corner and the picture wall make such a difference to my son! He gets so exicted to return a book as he can borrow another one. Everyday now we actually enjoy brushing our teeth thanks to the amazing figure mouth, big tooth brush, the books and also the free child's tooth brush! (Which he thinks is the best toothbrush ever) He also loves to show me the displays that he is on and show off the work he has done! 'Mum mum come here look at me on this picture I was trying sweetcorn!' He loves yoga Sue, and now says to everyone he sees 'kind hearts, kind words, kind thoughts' I could go on and on! I am one very happy and proud parent! The girls are ALL fantastic, polite, welcoming and I really couldn't thank them enough!

So today my eldest little girl graduated from buttercup corner я┐╜and what an amazing journey it has been!! Choosing this nursery is the best decision we ever made. My girl is starting her next adventure more than school ready, she has grown from a shy anxious little girl into a very confident and clever little lady this is thanks to all the help from the amazing staff who go up and above to get the very best from every child and also support us a family with whatever we need. Our youngest little girl still has another two years left here and we can not wait to watch her grow and learn at this nursery, she is already so settled and happy я┐╜ Having my girls wave goodbye smiling and running off to play is the best feeling knowing they are happy and well looked after means the world to us. Thank you to all the staff and to Kimberly for everything they have done and still do for our girls я┐╜ xx

Our daughter has been attending Buttercup Corner now for 12 months, first in the pre-school room and now she attends Play Club after school and Holiday Club. I honestly cannot sing the praises of all of the staff high enough. From our very first contact when we were enquiring about spaces to our settling in sessions, to the transition from pre-school room to her starting school nursery and then attending the play club. Our daughter absolutely loves coming, even if she comes across as a little shy sometimes, and in particular she loves attending for Holiday Club.

Not usual I expect for a grandma to write a review but here goes. As a mum I have supported Charlotte with the decisions and choices she makes for her girls , I can honestly say that moving Imogen Rose to Buttercup Corner has been one of the best decisions she has made. Imogen has grown in confidence so much with the support of Kimberley and her staff, not been plain sailing but with their patience skills and sheer determination she has blossomed into such a bubbly confident little girl. The foundations have been laid for her to start a new chapter in her life which is I feel is the most important years: I hope Imogen will continue to flourish and be happy always . My son attended Buttercup Corner for almost 2 years and loved every single day. From the tears in the beginning when I would leave him to his very last day I knew he would be well looked after and would have a great time. Not one day would pass where I was worried he wasn't ok. The nursery itself is stunning and the staff are the best there are. Nayvin (and myself) will miss nursery but I know his time at Buttercup Corner has helped him so much and he is now ready to start a new adventure in big school. Fantastic nursery. My little boy loves coming and on nursery day can't wait to get his backpack and coat on and get to breakfast! Lovely staff and management who are enthusiastic about what they do. I could not recommend the nursery more highly.

Every parent is very anxious about sending there children to nursery but I can honestly say it was the best choice I made.
