very good service, food was quick, manager who greeted was very polite and waiter Ana was very nice.

You get what you pay for. Sure, BK is cheaper... but it’s mass produced mystery meat. These are hand thrown, quality burgers.

Very attentive staff too. I happened to mention that I’m gluten intolerant during my beer selection as I was asking if they had a corn beer. They went out of their way to make sure there was no cross contamination even though I assured them it was not necessary for me.

We went on a Sunday and five of us ordered a variety of burgers and sides , service was polite and attentive, the whole place has a nice relaxed mood with music in the back ground, our food arrived quickly and accurately and I must say every one was very impressed, I particularly liked the alternative courgette fries in a tempura batter as I can't have potatoes, so will definitely be going back and wouldn't hesitate to take friends!

User

This was a really good eating experience. The food, the service and the atmosphere. 1st class.

User

Great service the food is great too would recommend to anyone who just likes that little special burger with trimmings

User

Great burgers, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. Great place to grab a bite.

User

First time we had a Byron Burger and are most definitely going back... The Burgers were totally amazing, cooked to perfection... Staff were brilliant too... Highly recommend to everyone

User

First time here and didn't know what to expect. Good choice of food but would have been nice to have a pint out of the tap instead of in bottles or cans. Food can and didn't look much atall BUT......

After biting into the burger and sweet potato fries my opinions changed! Talk about quality over quantity! Was really impressed and left feeling full to the brim. Will definitely return very soon

Well done to all the waiting staff and chefs for making my visit worth it

User

The best burgers in Bury st Edmunds, great service. Would have given 5 stars, but it was so cold there I had to put my coat on!

User

My first visit was a pretty good one for my sons birthday. I had a vegan burger because I prefer my burgers not pink in the middle. It was really good, my son loved his burger and milkshake. My daughter who treated us is a regular visitor the staff are very nice and friendly so I probably will go again some time.

User

It's a good place for a burger the prices are a bit high as we bought a can of root beer for £3.50 it's just a can I do feel that is a bit steep.

User

I don’t eat many carbs, and was pleased to see I could swap my bun for a salad, perfect

User

Food was excellent would definitely come back again, but found out the staff only get 70%! Of their tips! Not impressed!

User

Excellent customer service at Bury St Edmunds yesterday. My burger wasn't hot. The burger was replaced and the cost removed from the bill and my partner and I were offered a free dessert each as well. Well done.

User

Ate at this restaurant yesterday as we noticed outside that they had a lunch special othewise i wouldnt have paid those prices for Burger and Chips. Wasnt offered a Lunch menu and had to ask. All very tasty but really dissapointed that they charge us £1.40 each for a tiny pot of Barbecue sauce. If i had kown that they would have charged for it i would have declined. For what they charge for their Burgers, it should have been free. Wont make the same mistake again.

We actually are at Byrons at the ARC in Bury St. Edmunds the first day it opened. The burgers were delicious, as were the fries and onion rings. I like my burger well done and it was still juicy! The staff was very professional and the atmosphere was great. Since then we have eaten there a few more times and each time the quality has dropped. The burgers are dry and the fries and onion rings are greasy. The staff seems to be going down hill too. They stand around and talk among themselves while food is ready to be served, their dress is not as professional and it seems as if the customer is on their way. We will not be going back after this last time. It just isn't as good as before.

User

My second trip to a Byron. Opinion hasn't changed. The service is fine and the atmosphere not too bad, but it's over-priced and not very nice.

User

Walked out after 20 minutes after being completely ignored, despite there being 3 waitresses serving surrounding tables.

How to lose customers....

User

Some fine suit has removed peanut butter milkshakes what a ridiculous decision. It’s an American concept burger bar ffs you don’t buy a car with no wheels 🙄
