Was getting dropped off in taxi by Julie on Sunday morning from town and I realised that I never had enough money for the fare to completely get me home so I told her how much I had she told me she would drop me off at the point where my money had ran out however when I got to that point the weather changed and I’ve never seen rain and hailstone like it. Out the goodness of her own heart she said she would now drop me off at the corner of my street. So a big thank you to Julie for going that extra mile.

Thank you so so much to Gerry (43) for doing his very best in getting my watch back to me. After nearly 2 weeks he kept it safe until i finally found it and within the space of an hour had it back to me, can’t thank him enough!! What a lovely man!

Liam and Danny I think there names were guy at taxi rank black hair piercings and guy who picked me up and drove me from St. Helens to Manchester. Just wanted to say I’d have loved to have tipped the driver which I believe was Danny who dropped me off in the northern quarter Manchester. I just want to say thank you and show appreciation for what Danny did for me when I was upset in his taxi. He is a true credit to your company, heart of gold, still professional. After being let down a few times by my regular taxi firm sending my Mum a car that was too high despite me asking them not to, I decided to go with cable and they haven't let me down once. My mum actually feels like they care whenever she gets in the car, chatty and friendly driver every time. So thank you cable. We will be sticking with you from now on

A knock on the door this evening from the lovely lady taxi driver returning my lost iPhone (thought it had gone forever) this lovely person took the time to go through her booking history and personally brought it to us (from Friday) if only there were lots more honest and kind people out there like her. I am sorry I didn't get your name I was a bit overwhelmed .

Called for a taxi at 2 minutes past 10. Rang again 10 minutes later to find out how long it would be, told another 15 minutes. Rang again at 10.34 and was told another 15 minutes. Cancelled the taxi, caught a bus. Got off the bus, received a text saying taxi had been despatched followed immediately by the ring back saying taxi was outside. Used this taxi firm for over 20 years and put up with a lot of crap, lies and unsociable office staff. Only trying to give them work and get treated like a hindrance. A lot of staff training needed, I was polite, not rude and still felt I was being talked down to. I'm fed up and not using this firm any more. Put a reply, justify yourselves, give an excuse. I'm waiting, like I was waiting for your taxi. I won't hold me breath though.

Last Sunday.October 15th I left my purse in the taxi.It was a Cable taxi.I have been in to the main office a couple of times this week,to ask if my purse has been found.I was told they would have to locate the driver who brought us home.And if anything gets handed in it is put in the managers office.I have rang up a everyday to speak to the manager,and always been told he is not available.I have left my name and my phone number,and was told he would ring me when he comes in.It is now Thursday 19th October,and I have still not heard from him.I have never had this from any other taxis .If I have left anything in anyone else's car another taxi firm.I have gone the next day and it has been there.Nobody seems to know what is going on.I keep getting fobbed off all the time and I am sick of it now.It seems I will never know if my purse has been found nobody is telling me anything.I won't be using these taxis again if I can help it.Don't leave anything in a Cable taxi you might not see it again.

Just been nearly wiped out when my son and I were traveling along the A571 and a cable taxi reg: E008 0JE turned right out of Lowe Street. He clearly didn’t see us and luckily my son realised what was happening and I managed to swerve out of the way. We were both very shaken but managed to photograph his reg and badge number also followed him as far as KFC to check which taxi firm. Please make him aware that he needs to take more care on the roads in future.
