What is it point in pre booking a taxi for a certain time hours in advance and the driver turns up 20mins later �
I was very annoyed tonight with the service I received. I have experienced a few things here and there but tonight was the final straw! The driver was incredibly rude to me due to a very slight miscommunication of where I needed to go. I have only recently moved here, so I am not 100% sure on road names. However, he could have still got to my home the way he was going. He decided to do a u turn in the middle of the road, very aggressively and was very rude to me. He said I should have told him sooner and it not bierton it Broughton lane! U can go through bierton to get to my house. The way he spoke to me was dam right rude. I'm sorry but I am a paying customer who has used your taxis many times over the years. Sorry but you have now lost my custom!
Worse firm ever twice now they never turned up at airport when booked ahead.First time they had it down as PM instead of AM
2nd time denied all knowledge of booking even though they had flight details and it was booked the day before.
Very rude receptionist who calls herself the manager.Only good thing about them is most drivers are pleasant.
They also don’t show bad reviews.Dont pay them ahead if they don’t come they refuse to give you a refund Worst firm ever
I have never seen a more useless company in my life three different taxis but kept picking up the wrong people you have no idea what you are doing it's hilarious and the woman on the phone has no respect and is disgustingly rude no way should use this company till they are no more useless useless idiots!!!!
