We needed to sell our house quickly at a fair price. Due to work commitments and young children, we also couldn't always be available for viewings. But, nothing was too much trouble for Sean and his team. They have earned every penny of the % of the sale that they'll receive. We also received advice and guidance all throughout the process.



A review of the service is the least we could offer; as it's been of the highest quality. I honestly feel they've done the best by us as the seller, but have also given a good level of support to the buyer. A win-win solution!

Great service. We bought our 'big' house from Sean, shown late at night with our little ones screaming around the empty rooms. Very well adviced and, thanks to Sean, all went very smoothly! Excellent, friendly and professional team. Sorted out the sale of our home without a hitch, arranging valuation and viewings quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The purchase we made through Callaghans hit a number of issues, however, though this was through absolutely no fault of Callaghans themselves and everything to do with solicitors who operated very much from the 'chocolate teapot' end of the competence scale. Throughout a lengthy process of legal fumbling which was really enough to shake a person's faith in man as nature's last word, Sean and the team, and in particular Helen, were always on hand to keep us informed of what was happening, ease our stresses, offer us reassurance and support, and to continue their tenacious pusuit of said solicitors. And they had to have the patience of saints because, believe me, these solicitors genuinely didn't give the impression of ever having sold a house before or even having ever successfully operated a toaster.



I would recommend Callaghans to anyone who wants buying and/or selling a house to be as friendly and human a process as possible.

Callaghans manage my rental property. They have also sold me my next investment and they took care of the sale of my mother's home.

On Sales they are very efficient. On Management they sometimes need a nudge but overall do a very good job.

I will definitely continue to use them. They are polite friendly and straightforward to deal with. Evelyn is a wonderful person.
