Visited Cambrian Photography recently to buy my 1st DSLR. Very knowledgeable gentleman (Mark?) advised me to the correct camera. I even got to play about with a few different brands to allow me to make the final decision. Very friendly atmosphere in the shop with very happy staff. I will back in the new year for my tuition. Highly recommended.

Truly wonderful shop, well stocked, very knowledgeable staff, and customer service which is out of this world. Had a problem with a flash which had to go back to the importer and an offer was made to send me a replacement until mine was fixed. You won't get that sort of aftercare from an online 'retailer'

This shop offers fantastic service. I have recently purchased a camera from them and they are really helpful. The price of the camera was cheaper than all the local chain shops with the added value that you speak to actual photographers. In the past they have even offered advice on how to use a camera which wasn't purchased from this shop! Would highly recommend!

The friendly staff always advise you for the products that suits you best and not most expensive, never pushy and aways knowledgeable.

Popped in today to check out and purchase a new scope, great service from Sarah and great price �

I'm surprised I haven't put a review here yet... Sarah Jones and team... what a team and what service... go in and buy something that doesn't cost a lot and then buy something that does. I can guarantee that you will receive the same warm welcome in the shop. IF something does go wrong with kit as it sometimes does then Cambrian take the strain and look after you and deal with the manufacturer... all I will say is support this highly valued member of the photographic community... not many knowledgeable independents left now! Thank you Cambrian!

I won't go anywhere else.. They have good knowledge for just about every brand of camera and can look after you from thinking about a purchase, to buying, and upgrading later on... The training is great and reasonably priced - the lemon cake and coffee are yummy!

Have been going to Cambrian for very many years - Dave’s love of photography came from Dick Duncalf. It’s a wonderful shop - with all the staff so knowledgeable , friendly and helpful .

For having the Nikon D850 in stock today, and arranging for my D750 to be sent off for repair, and a breath of fresh air common-sense attitude. Top service from a real 'independent' business.

Excellent service on the phone yesterday. When a courier arrived this morning I thought he’d bought something that my husband had ordered, but no, it was my camera bag, less than 24 hours after I’d ordered it. Thank you.

Excellent Service, really helpful even when you want the cheapest thing in the store. Staff are really knowledgeable, and never try to get you to buy something more expensive than what you really require.

Can not thank all the staff in Cambrian enough for all the help they have given me over the last couple of weeks. my camera broke and I was in a bit of pickle with 3 weddings to shoot so they had a go at trying to repair it for me but I was unlucky and had to send it away but they let me hire a 5dmk2 so I didn't have to worry as the image quality was the same. They did a brilliant job at keeping me updated as to when my camera was going to come back and the price was really good. This was one of the first times I had been to Cambrian other than buying a couple lenses from there and I find there staff very friendly and really helpful and I find this very hard to find I don't think I will be going anywhere else from now on.

10/10 if you haven't been there before and you're after good customer service and knowledgeable people to help get the best outcome for you visit Cambrian special thanks to Jack, Paul and Sarah

Cambrian Photography is my go to place for all things photo and video. The staff are always willing to help with any questions and always happy to negotiate a deal on new and used lenses or camera gear. The only time I'd buy elsewhere is if Cambrian don't sell what I'm after... and that's a rare thing. Thank you Cambrian, long may your reign in North Wales continue. �

Bought a used Pentax 60-250 lens of you yesterday and it arrived before 9am this morning. Thrilled with condition of lens and the service. Also the price was excellent. Thanks very much, will definitely be recommending you.�

Best camera shop I've ever used, friendly knowledgeable staff. Sarah cetainly looks after her customers, couldn't have asked for a better deal. Cambrian photography is certainly my go to photography shop now, wish I'd found them earlier.

Always excellent service at Cambrian, good advice given out from the very friendly staff who are a credit to the shop - trading for over 70 years must tell you something. They will never sell you something if you don't really need it. I will buy elsewhere but only if Cambrian don't have what I'm after.
