After the birth of my third child I decided enough was enough! I found Cambridge Weight Plan and it completely changed my life. After dropping four dress sizes, losing several stones in weight and reaching my goal weight in a short space of time I decided to become a Consultant; so now I can help YOU do the same.

Having successfully followed the plan myself, I am perfectly placed to support you to achieve your weight loss goals - whether that is to lose a few pounds or several stones. More importantly, I will provide you with the tools and techniques to do what many people find to be the biggest challenge of all - to maintain your weight loss in the long term.

The delicious soups, shakes, bars and porridge can be used as the sole source of nutrition for the fastest weight loss or they can be combined with conventional food if you would prefer a more gradual weight loss. I recognise that there is no one size fits all approach, so together we will tailor a plan to suit your individual needs and lifestyle. I offer friendly, positive, one-to-one support throughout your journey - you are not alone!

My only regret is that I did not find CWP sooner - it would have saved me many years of frustration!
