Off to the last of five weddings over the Christmas week, to cap off my busiest December ever. Magazine covers , large group caricatures , Christmas parties, corporate cards , book illustrations, and two animations . I must be doing something right .

I’m officially closing the books for Christmas. I’m so busy , which is great but I’m run off my feet . So busy I can’t th ink straight . Any new enquiries will have to wait till January I’m afraid .

A very busy weekend, which took me to Harrogate, Liverpool and Kendal, and only this photograph show for it.

Inspired by an idea from Viv and Dave Boardman , who were in turn inspired by HIGSON’s ales beer mats in the the 1970’s, I’m having a small exhibition of my archetypal British countryside character drawings at the Signature Gallery in Kendal . 12th-14th October , during the weekend of the Lakes International Comic Art Festival . My exhibition features depictions of Ascott D’oyley the lord of the manor , Badshot Lea the game warden , and Silver Dale the ladies man, amongst many more .

A cartoon I've been commissioned to draw for the Peoples Vote Campaign.

Two different jobs from this weekend .One a hand drawn group caricature drawn live in situ at a birthday party and the other a selection of people drawn on the new Samsung note mobile phone with its accompanying stylus. These are the staff , I drew the same amount of customers as well .

Simply amazing!

Mike did our wedding a couple of weeks ago and what a massive hit he was. He had a que of guests from the second he arrived. Highly recommend. Thanks Mike!!
