I am very passionate about cake making and decorating. I have spent 3yrs at night school learning all I could about cake decorating. I can make my own sugar flowers to add to the cakes. I am now trying out all sorts of cupcakes and desserts. My fiends are my tasters and let me know if something is not quite right, then I am back to the kitchen to try again.
