Went Tuesday 12th June for Afternoon Tea for 3. No complaints whatsoever. Girl Waitress very attentive. It was my daughters 40th and we were very happy with our order. Endless Tea or Coffee. Our drinks Prosecco and Champagne was brought out quickly. All in all a lovely afternoon. Thankyou. �

Me and my mum came today as it's my 40th Birthday tomorrow, the staff were so lovely and one lady made my day by saying I don't look 40 at all! � Angela served us and was just amazing, bringing my birthday cake over and couldn't do enough for me and my mum xxxx Would highly recommend to family and friends ���

Lovely setting, excellent service and tasty food. Nothing else to say. The evening was even warm enough to sit outside on the balcony to finish our bottle of wine

I took my bf here last night for his 30th birthday and From the second we entered we were made to feel special.



Our waiter Stefan was unbelievable! That is how service should be! It is rare to find! He explained all the menu and was so polite and friendly.



The waiters even brought over a cake without me asking for my bf Which was lovely. When I ordered my pudding I couldn't eat it all and so Stefan popped it in a box for me to eat later.



Food was delicious but the service made it 5 star! Deffinately go!!!!! X

Booked into the hotel for my joint birthday night/wedding anniversary and we cannot fault this place one bit!

It was amazing start to finish; our waiter James M was new but didn't show it! He was very attentive from the start, made sure we were happy with our meals and drinks and was always on hand when needed.

He even brought a complimentary desert for me wishing a happy birthday which was a lovely touch.

I can't understand how anyone could give this place bad reviews- the food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We have had such an amazing evening here and are already planning our return!

Ate at your restaurant for afternoon tea but unfortunately received a cake that was covered in mould. Poor food hygiene.

Very disappointed. Looks like a very beautiful place but service was shocking. Me, my husband, and another couple were on a weekend away and thought it would be nice to have a drink here. On arrival we were put outside on the terrace with view of scaffolding and building work (the other side looked like it had views of the docks) with the doors shut on us. We were told by the vwaitress to order at the bar when we were ready, so the 2 fellas went to the bar to order but the barman was rude and told them that he was too busy to serve them and them was rude to the waitress too. The waitress then came to our table to take our order, after at least 5 minutes she returned to tell us that they didn't have any White Zinfandel, so we chose an alternative. We then waited about 20 more minutes, we were just about to walk out when we saw our drinks on the bar so we asked if we could take them but he said no, someone will bring them. We finally got our drinks and the fellas beers were warm so we drank them quickly so we could leave asap as by this time we were freezing!!

Booked for a girls Christmas Day out. 3 course meal. Beautiful building, great features in the restaurant. We were seated right away, order taken shortly after but then down hill from there! Drinks order taken but not delivered until after the first course which we waited over 20 mins for. First course was lovely, waiter was attentive. Main course came and I ordered the Red Mullet. My first bite was tasty but my second had added extras, blond hair. We were a party of brunettes! The waiter took it back and a replacement was delivered about 20 mins later. By which time the rest of the party had eaten their mains. More drinks ordered but another lengthy wait. Dessert came and then the drinks. Overall, the waiter was nice but the service was awful. Not so sure I would recommend or book again!

We where shown out to the new balcony. View awful just a building full of scaffolding or you could watch the kitchen staff prepare food . We waited 30 min and gave up for someone to take our drinks order. We even went In 3 times to ask and still nothing. Manager that was seating everyone didn’t seem bothered when even asked her to take our Oder . Walked down the stars to leave wall parr was all ripped . Think the novelty of the place has well warn off . Won’t rush back .

The view is great, but that’s about where it ends. We went there for a drink and had to wait nearly 20 minutes before someone came to take our order (a bottled beer and a mocktail) and had to wait another 20 minutes for it to arrive (mind you there were three waiters).

The guests at the table next to us who ordered before us weren’t served at all. They righteously stood up and left.

I would not recommend this place. Get up the roof terrace, take your picture and be gone.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the staff. The food is awful. The quality is shocking. The price is definitely not reflected in the product. Afternoon tea was dreadful!

Really used to enjoy coming here but it’s seems to have lost its way!! Waited 33 minutes for someone to come to our table for our drinks order..... by the time our drinks arrived our whole evening had lost its fun and we were all getting bored!!! The toilets were also extremely below standard and the smell was horrendous....... All in All I WONT be returning...
