You will learn how to use your brush and paints correctly to create straight, wavy, curly lines. Once you've mastered the basics I'll take you through the designs featured in the picture on this post. ... This technique is used in many other art techniques and is a must for more detailed work. Fine line painting is my most requested salon art. It's also the basis of any of the more complicated art I create for competition. By learning to use your brush correctly to create straight lines, waves, curls, leaves and any other simple shapes, you can turn this simple technique into a work of art. BOXED ART COURSE in Preston, Lancashire. with me Carrie-Leigh Allen, Multi Award Winning Nail Technician and Polish & Paint Tech of the Year 2018. Sunday 9th Sept & Monday 10th Sept Held over two days, I will teach you the tips and tricks to creating an Award winning Boxed Art masterpiece! The first day will cover all the boxed art comp requirements and how to put your box together and day 2 will be more about painting caricatures and all the practical art side so you cab ch...oose to do just one day if you prefer. In day 1 we will cover: The competition rules How to research the theme and think outside the box Creating your design & how to layout on your tips Displaying your tips Creating your step by step (if needed) Understanding the score sheet and how to pick up valuable points. On Day 2 we will cover: Painting your boxed art Caricature Painting Making 3d aspects Using Acrylic paint, gel paints, acrylic and other mediums to decorate your design and gain extra points. This is an independent course so you can bring whatever products you want to use, I will also provide a kit list. To book, a non-refundable deposit of £50 per day is required to secure your place.
