TENNIS COACHING
Mini Tennis with smaller courts, nets, rackets and lower bouncing balls gives children the perfect introduction to tennis.
Junior Tennis yellow ball group lessons
Adult Group Coaching sessions running all year round
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities.
School Tennis-School coaching programmes can run all year round or only for part of the year. I can set up coaching programmes for any school where possible.
We can offer one-off taster sessions, weekly sessions, breakfast /lunch /after-school club sessions, Tennis Days for the whole school, competitions and more!
Miss Hits to introduce girls aged 5-8 to tennis in a fun, lively, all-girl environment where they can develop their coordination, get to know all the strokes and learn about the game through the Miss-Hits characters.
Individual Lessons can also be booked.
