We had only been in for drinks before, but went for a meal last night, and we were impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, we had six different tapas and all of them were fantastic! Service was very good, and we're definitely coming back :-)

Me and my friends went for a joint hen do/ birthday meal. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Even though it was busy we were seated straight away and had our drinks within a few minutes.

Had a fantastic time at my Godson's Christening. The food was amazing. By far the best i have had at a party. The cocktails are delicious and the best in town in my opinion. Thanks for looking after us. :)

Fantastic service, fantastic and helpful staff, great atmosphere to the place. Best of all great food, really accommodating for vegans, had the whole vegetarian tapas section made vegan (except the halloumi) with no fuss at all. Staff really warm and friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were well fed and catered for. Cant wait to come back without the children to try the cocktails next time! Thanks for a great meal and making it all vegan for us :D

Arrived without a reservation on a Saturday around 7pm and was accommodated straight away, party of 4..... very friendly staff, manager was very hands on and welcoming, food was sublime and the jug of sangria went down very nicely, highly recommend �

Short measured on my pornstar tonight.. Even with the shot of prosecco in it didn't fill the glass... Apparently it was "done to the spec" oh and a third of a passion fruit instead of half! � not normally disappointed.

I private messaged twice to ask if I could be sent a menu as this is what it said to do on the website. Twice the message was read and ignored.

We went on the Friday dinner time the sun was shining so expected it to be busy and it was. We were seen to straight away and a drinks order was taken my fella ordered 2 bottles of lager that came instantly I ordered a jug of porn star martini.

40 mins later our food came which I didn't mind I understood it was busy but my cocktail still hadn't arrived. 50 mins after ordering the cocktail it came which was quite dissapointing as I had ate by this time and ended up leaving the jug.

The food was lovely and the people serving were lovely and polite and certainly knew their stuff.

I think I would try here again as maybe it was just a blip it was highly reccomended to me.

Was there as a group and it being ended up that the prep they made and the area they put us was quite cramped and just not enough space or even prepared very well. Some, including myself were trapped in seated, couldn't get up and go to the bar or toilet easily at all without moving quite a few people, just thought it was quite poor really and the table wasn't big enough anyway so they had to bring out a crappy fold out table and dressed it really quite shabbily in the end. Wasn't particularly good in my opinion.

I thought the service including the lad at the bar who didn't offer glasses with my bottled drinks was average at best.

The food was ok but an extra star at best and there were a few errors and the food came out in the wrong order, a lot had their sides 3/4 mins before their main, just thought it seemed quite unorganised, pretty much the theme for the whole visit really. Disappointed in the end, will not be rushing back any time soon.

The service was very poor yesterday. People was getting mains before starters and it was not even busy. They kept squeezing between my fellas chair and I post instead of walking round. I had ribs and they was not nice at all, didn't even taste like BBQ. On table next to us they had burgers which still looked raw, even though they complained they were advised that they were ok too eat. They left them in the end! Not good for my first experience however I have friends who go there all time and say it's great! Maybe just having a bad day.

Really disappointed, very small and cramped and you can hear other people's conversations while you're trying to have your own. The food wasn't worth its money, burger on its own was pricy and had to pay extra just for chips, presentation was good with the burger but the burger was dry. Didn't get welcomed & it was over £11 for my meal and just received a bowl of rice with a piece of chicken on top. Will not be visiting again.

Cocktail very good however found food average to be honest Cheese sauce & guacamole on nachos bland,Barbeque chicken wings not to my taste at all. Steak burrito again yellow cheese sauce spoilt the flavour of the meat. Doubt I will return if honest

What a disgrace , the meal was booked for 8 pm and at 9 pm we still hadn’t sat down or got our meal to be told that the people on our tables wouldn’t go , that was an excuse they finally admitted they had lost the papers with our choice of food , there were 16 NHS staff starving and not happy at all , we spoke to the manager going out he wasn’t interested one bit , a word of advice if u are booking a party to eat in there think before u do it , we definitely won’t go back again

Sat here at this minute and still waiting for food..an hour and a half late.. .meals pre booked weeks ago...absolutly shit service,will never ever eat or come here again ������

Almost an exact repeat of other poor reviews.. Visited with party of ten. Arrived at 7pm prompt. 2 complaints and 1 hour 46 minutes later served our first course, (which were either warm or cold starters) the main course arriving 30 minutes later at 9:15. Finished our meal and paid 10:15pm, 15 minutes after restaurant had closed..

Food was mixed, ranged from nice steak and nice fish course to indelible turkey dinner. Helped ourselves to fresh cutlery from another table as none was provided. They ran out of deserts we wanted, even though we had pre-ordered a month before. The cheese cake was nice but should have been described as chocolate cheesecake. The Crème Catalan was inedible.

Offered 20% off food bill which was fair enough. Looking back at the menu several items were missing anyway. No toast with the prawn starter, nor chips with the steak, no mash potatoes with the Turkey or potatoes with the fish courses. The deserts were also lacking items.

Cocktails were the best part of the evening and enjoyed by those who weren’t driving. We were given drinks for free which seem fair, as there was nothing else to do but drink whilst waiting to be dealt with.

Staff looked as if they had seen and heard it all before about food/service.

Two of the things we ordered were out of stock which is fine but usually you get told this when you first sit down of anything but seeing we had to request service this was never going to happen. The server never asked did we want any drinks we had to ask her could we order . . As she was already walking away. Not exactly the service I am guessing you want when your trying to make a profit ! The food came the nachos as a starter was very dry with literally a sprinkle of topping on ! Not what was expected although this was a better choice than the cheesy garlic bread my friends ordered which come looking extremely sorry for itself ! Our mains came and we ordered two sides of chips between us which were onto brought out when we were half way if not two thirds of the way through our mains ! The sweet potato fries came still tasted raw in the middle very hard! This is very bog standard food and not what was expected at all . It cost £50 for us for three starts three mains two sides and three drinks . Which doesn't sound that bad but when you see the pitiful portions and terrible food quality and awful customer service then it feels like you've been robbed . A double cheeseburger from McDonald's would of been better ! Extremely dissapoonted and will not be going there again .

Attended last night for a works Christmas party. The food was vile, completely inedible. The soup was watery and cold, the Turkey was dry with minimal veg and lots of mash. Presentation was poor which is okay if the food was actually tasty. We complained to the staff who reported the Chef was hot in the kitchen so has lost the ability to recognise if the food was warm enough. The table was booked months ago and was originally £18.95 for three courses then was £21.95 on the night. The place it's self was dirty, there was no soap in the toilets to was your hands. Certainly won't be returning again and will not be recommending to anyone else.

After weeks of looking forward to our Christmas night out ...Hardworking nhs staff ...a well needed evening out ...some of our girls come off a 12hr shift ...meals pre ordered and paid deposits well in advance for 8pm ...service the worst ever so disappointing for us all ...no meals....overbooked a few starters came but not for everyone ...ended evening by some of girls going home early ...no food no celebrations ...Thank you very much ....�
