What a fantastic pub, 4 of us visited tonight and the food and service was amazing, would definitely recommend a trip out there you won't be disappointed xx

Visited several times for Sunday lunch. Food always spot on. Service is great and staff very friendly, would highly recommend it .

Visited again with friends on 18th August, the steak was cooked to perfection and the other meals were nicely cooked and enjoyable. One thing I will say though is that the Tex Mex Chilli was missing the chilli beans and the sour cream was missing, perhaps that's why I was served with chips as well as rice, despite the items that were missing it was nice. We will visit again but may make different choices.

This place never disappoints , excellent value for money , always has great offers on and regularly updates the menu . Both the service and food are always consistent and there is a real homely quality to the place . A firm favourite of mine

Our first visit to the Cavendish. A rewarding experience. The food was excellent, the hospitality warm and the pub full of character. No hesitation in recommending a visit. Will certainly be going again.

Lovely, cosy pub. The staff are so friendly. We only visited for drinks but the menu looked lovely - we'll definitely visit again to try the food �

Joined our friends for a meal at The Cavendish Arms, we were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, everyone was friendly & helpful. Our food was delicious and a good choice on the main & specials menus, and i can honestly say the Chips that were served are THE best chips I have ever had in a restaurant, i'm still talking about them now :-D

It's a lovely old pub with lots of character the food is excellent value and it's way up there for the Sunday lunch hadn't been for a while but won't leave it as long in between now, staff were lovely also could not fault it at all

Had a amazing meal food is awesome and staff are very friendly would recommend to anyone!! Also great for a drink in the sun ��

Came for a birthday meal (24/3) food was delicious, service was exceptional and the kitchen even went out their way and made my son a round of toast. It's the first time we have been out as a family in a long time and loved every min. Thank you to Andrea & Team we will be back xx

Been for food 3 times now here absolutely amazing. One of the best steaks Iv had and cooked to perfection. Barney and the rest of the staff are friendly deffo recommend this place to anyone and will keep returning

After walking out of the hospital inn and getting a refund because it was awful, we ended up here instead. And I have Just had the most amazing meal. 1st time we've been and we will deffo be back again. The mixed grill was absolutely beautiful. The staff are also lovely. Deffo 5 stars all round. We will be back on bank holiday Sunday to sample the Sunday roast.

A lovely little gem, full of character. The food is amazing (Sunday lunch is a must try) all freshly cooked and tasty!! I have to compliment the staff too, very welcoming, attentive & helpful!! We look forward to seeing you again soon 😊
