CCSA has been set up to allow everyone in the local community to develop sports skills to a professional level with coaching from the FA and ECB.

Cheetham Culture and Sport Association (CCSA) has been set up and is supported by local businesses and people of Cheetham.

Working with Manchester City Council (MCC), Greater Manchester Police (GMP), local schools and local councillors, we are trying to engage the local people of Cheetham into Sports, Recreation and Literature by bringing together communities and local establishments.

Cheetham is a rich, diverse and multicultural community with lots to offer and full of potential. We want to help the local youth and residents to engage in activities which will help them build bridges, respect and social activity.

We have seen the effect of crime, drugs, gangs, extremism, the lack of activity and engagement can do to communities, especially the youth. We want to create something that gives hope and inspiration for the future.

We have teamed up with Manchester FA and Lancashire Cricket Board to provide professional coaching with The Football Association (TheFA) and England Cricket Board (ECB) trained and qualified coaches.

Poetry and Literature classes and events where people can air their voice to audiences and groups, building confidence and character.
