The following medication is being recalled, if you have any of the medication listed above please return it to the store or pharmacy you bought it from.

In May 2018 we had 121 missed appointments!!! If you cant keep it cancel it. There is no excuse we have a 24hr cancellation line call 0161 909 8144 and listen for the option to cancel. Thank you

To access appointments patients can ring the booking line on 0161 934 2827, where they will be offered an appointment at one of the 3 hubs of their choice at a convenient time if available.
