Happened by chance to read some of last years reviews some of which I found uncomplimentary. I have always found the all the staff here including the class instructors extremely hepful. Customers are listened to and advice is freely given, Like everywhere else (IMHO) there are financial constraints as to what they can offer but admission and memberships are certainly value for money

Pool ok but the gym and equipment is very dated and In poor condition and though staff try to keep it clean it's become dirty and carpets are scruffy and at least one piece of equipment is in disrepair all the time a sad state of affairs �

I love th aqua fit class I do at Chadderton pool with the instructor, Michelle. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the changing rooms leaves a lot to be desired. It seems that the floors are never cleaned, or certainly not regularly, they are always full of hair and the water that collects on the floors is not wiped away. Also, to reach the toilets in the changing rooms you have to walk through the waste water coming from users in the private showers which is surely not hygienic. I find the staff always very friendly but I think that they should employ cleaners to address these issues

Kids jumping into the water and splashing the smaller ones. Not a word said by any of the lifeguards. Also such a filthy pool we all felt our lips were coated in dirt and sweat. Didn't stay long at all because it was disgusting and the staff let kids run riot. I felt like I needed to bathe in/drink a tub of disinfectant afterwards. Surely a clean local pool shouldn't leave your lips tasting of salt. Urgh. Never again.
