As you may be aware Chameleon has recently closed down, with the new owners looking to re-open within the next few days.

**Chameleon Temporary Closed**
We apologise for the inconvenience, but we need to make our customers aware that Chameleon will be closing down and RE-OPENING VERY SOON under a new partnership (with a new name & theme).
The transformation needs a few days to be carried out, so please allow some time to make the necessary changes. We know that we have amazing customers and you will be fully supportive when we re-open. We will of course keep you informed with any new updates.

We would like to wish all kids who are going back to school this week an enjoyable and amazing 2018/19 school year.
As parents we can look forward to trying to get our kids up in time, preparing packed lunches, doing the school runs and home work ??!!??? (we would never change this for the world!). When you need wine...we are here for you :-)

We listened to what our customers want from Chameleon and on a recent Facebook poll, over 80% stated that they would be interested in attending a quiz night. Therefore, we will start with our first quiz night every other Wednesday. With our table set up, we can accommodate up to 100 participants (ideally in teams of 4-6). Come and join us for a great night. More details will follow through the week.

We are constantly striving for excellence at Chameleon and were a little disappointed not to achieve the 5 star rating today. But, we are working hard to rectify this and with the next review less than one month away, we are confident that we can achieve the 5 STAR RATING.

Went in to try the new menu..... it was really hard to choose from all the tasty tapas style plates they now do. At £16 for 3 it was really good value. All of it sounded delicious and we really enjoyed the ones we chose. Can highly recommend the soy and honey wings and chilli squid. The gourmet burger is a firm favourite of ours too and pleased to see it still on the menu. We polished off our meal with a nice bit of local ice cream. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Well done Chameleon, we will be back for more....

Tried the new tapas menu last night. Excellent - well done to the new chefs who came out to explain what they were - great customer service. Chicken satay and the cauliflower were the favourites - so good we ordered them again.

Tried new menu - went for the tapas 3for £16 option - dishes a lot bigger than the usual tapas size portions - very impressed and it was of very high standard - delicious . Club sandwich was excellent and very filling. Atmosphere and service was spot on , will defo be coming back to try the rest of the menu and would recommend people trying the new menu !

Top notch food. Well selected menu. You don't get lost in a plethora of choice. High standard of presentation, tastes are superb. Vegetarian options are fantastic, especially loved the curried cauliflower and pickle salad. Well done team Chameleon.

So pleased your back open as I only live 2 roads down and it was lovely we came in last night and was tempted again tonight 😱😍 Staff very friendly and food is great!! Also great family atmosphere as my son is Autistic but he loves Chameleons 💕

I don’t usually leave reviews, however the customer service I received here deserves it.



Last week I found myself locked out with my 7 month old daughter and 10 month old nephew. They both were crying as they were hungry. I pulled up here in a panic and struggled carrying them both in with both bags.



A lady (customer) came over and helped carry one of the babies. She also had the only two high chairs in the place, but insisted on giving them to me as she could see my struggle.



The staff were very attentive and kept checking on me. I only ordered a drink and ice cream, but the staff were so friendly, even asking for my input into the new kids menu.



I’ve passed this place many times and never really thought about going in. But I will 100% be going back! Great place and a lovely atmosphere. And thanks to the staff, and to the lovely lady who helped me.

Couldn’t make the new menu launch on Sunday so joined a friend for lunch yesterday instead. Wasn’t disappointed with my lunch choice. Had a delicious avocado and halloumi wrap with spicy fries, washed down with a lovely chilled glass of white wine and followed with the best cappuccino I have had in ages.

I look forward to my next visit.
