Tomorrow is Social Enterprise Saturday, but what is Social Enterprise? Well, they do great stuff in helping us have a more equal society, making a difference across communities in the UK and beyond. They help create jobs where they’re needed most and tackling some of the biggest challenges we face from homelessness to climate change. They are changing the way we do business and we can support them. Find out more… http://ow.ly/mIWB30md02P #SocialSaturday2018 @SocialEnt_UK #Support #Communities #Society

Today is 'World Mental Health Day'. We are all different and our mental health is just like our physical health: everybody has it and we need to take care of it. It can affect anyone at any time or day of the year and don't think it would never happen to you or a parent, spouse, child, sibling, and friends. It can be triggered by an illness or unfortunate circumstance. Mental health problems affect around one in four people in any given year. They range from common problems, such as depression and anxiety, to rarer problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Open your minds and be supportive! Please take 2 minutes out to watch this short video. https://youtu.be/AUWhdmKyOE8 @MindCharity #ShareTheCare #Support #MentalHealth #MakeItCount

Although last week was Recyle week in conjunction with @WRAP_UK we all need to carry on doing our bit. The plastic bottle recycling rate is about 45% in the UK as against 90+% in the likes of Germany and Sweden. Recycling should ALWAYS be one of our 3 Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Here are 9 reasons why recycling is essential for the future of our planet. 1. Recycling conserves natural resources 2. Recycling protects ecosystems and wildlife 3. Recycling protects people 4. R...ecycling saves energy 5. Recycling cuts climate-changing carbon emissions 6. Recycling reduces landfill waste 7. Recycling reduces incineration 8. Recycling is cheaper than waste collection and disposal 9. Recycling creates jobs. If in doubt, remember those three Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle #TogetherWeCan #Recycle #MakeYourMark

It's recycling week in conjunction with @WRAP_UK. Now in its 15th year, Recycle Week is a celebration of recycling. This year, people have been motivated to care about plastics in a way they never have before. The aim of the week is to encourage YOU to recycle more, by demonstrating the benefits of recycling items from all around the home. The theme for this is ‘Recycling. We do. Because it matters.’ Please take a couple of minutes to check out some of the great things WRAP do and like us, how you can do your bit. We do, do you? Get involved, post, tweet YOUR great contribution through the week. http://ow.ly/PYGX30lWGj9 #RecycleWeek #MakeYourMark
