REMINDER for MONDAY 16TH JULY - Cheeky After School FREE Taster Day
An open invitation to all parents for children attending Trinity C of E Primary School in Buckshaw Village, to come and try our Out of School Club setting for FREE!
Following enquiries from several parents whose children currently attend the school or who are due to start Reception class in the September Term and require After School Care, we have discussed the option of a collection service from the two scho...ol settings to deliver children to the Cheeky Out of School Club, located at Cheeky Monkeys in Whittle le Woods, Chorley.
We have had a discussion with the School and the Head Teacher has agreed that in principle this additional After School Care could be added to the options for children at the school now and in the future. We understand the School facility is currently full and whilst there are other options in Buckshaw we feel parents and crucially children will be delighted with the service and facilities on offer at our Childcare setting.
The Cheeky out of School club has been providing after school care for Whittle le Woods C of E Primary School as well as Holiday Club for over 6 years and have welcomed 100’s of children each week to the setting. With an experienced Childcare Manager who leads the fully qualified Childcare team and resources that will exceed the needs of all children in our care, we are confident the children will enjoy their time with us.
But we want you to try before you buy and are arranging a taster evening for your children, even if they are not at school yet.
Monday 16th July we will arrange to collect all those children who have expressed interest in the club and they will have a fun packed taster session.
The children currently at school will be transported with a local (DBS checked) mini bus company, accompanied by some of the childcare team and dropped at Cheeky Monkeys (less than 10 minutes away) for a fun packed evening with collection at 6pm. If your child is due to start reception class in September then you can just arrive at Cheeky Monkeys anytime from 3.45pm and join in.
Following this we will send the children home with a starter pack for you to choose your options for September 2018 term and beyond.
If you can’t make the date then please contact us and we will arrange a 1-1 tour of the setting for you and your children.

We had my sons 3rd birthday party here yesterday 25th March 2018 I was great children really had a great time food was great the party team did a great job defo do it again thank you �

Visited today for the first time with my little boy and we absolutely loved it. It was great fun for us both. Will definitely be returning ��Staff were all lovely and very helpful too which is a big thing for us.

Today we celebrated our twins fourth birthdays...and I have to say hands down your employee Aaron is incredible! I work with children and he is someone I would love to work with...his enthusiasm and pure skill at entertaining Children is at an outstanding level and he well and truly made the party for my girls and also myself. He is most definitely one that others need to follow as I honestly can't fault him. Every parent who brought their child to our party commented on how wonderful he was. So not only did he entertain our children he entertained all the parents. Cheeky monkeys is very lucky to have you as an employee you really set the standard...thank you Aaron your absolutely vrilliant!

The holiday club is great value for money. £27 a day from 8am-6pm with all food included, and can use child care vouchers! My little boy absolutely loves coming. Activities are both in and outdoors and a wide range of different things for them to do.

Thankyou so much for making my Sons time at your holiday club so enjoyable. He has additional needs and Jennifer is absolutely brilliant at recognising when he is struggling and has a high level of understanding of his needs and when extra support is required. I went to work feeling that I had left him in very safe capable hands and he was having a great time also. Thanks again xx

My son had his 5th birthday party here & he really had such a good time, all the children did. I can’t remember our assistants name but she was really nice & pleasant & went out of her way for my sons party getting us everything we asked for 👍🏻 I’ve already recommended cheeky monkeys to the other mums at school.... thanks again for making his party a good one 😁🎂🎉🎈

Had my twins birthday party here on Sunday. They had a brilliant time and all the kids loved it. The staff worked really hard and I thought it was really well priced! The best bit was the visits from Elsa and Spider-Man. Will book again! �

Absolutely fantastic place. Came on the 6th June for my grandson 6th birthday.. Emma was brilliant very professional and very helpful. The party rooms are great for the children and the play areas are safe and fun.. couldn’t fault anything. Would most certainly go back.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here on Saturday 21st May. Was very busy with 4 party’s on at the same time. However, we had our own party host “Aaron” he was brilliant with the kids. He made the party. I would recommend requesting Aaron as your party host if possible as the other staff seemed miserable and not really wanting to be there. The food was okay. The party room was the super hero room. It really was fantastic! The wall art is amazing. The kids loved it. I paid extra for face painting for the party guests which wasn’t the best quality but for £1.50 a head it was okay and the kids were happy with it so all good.

Took my 11 year granddaughter to the lazer game she had a great time and it wasn't very expensive and the staff were great

Took my grandchildren today it’s the first time I’ve been and I was shocked to see it so packed out with paying guests but also a holiday club of about 30 children. I was also disappointed that my 4 year old grandchild was charged the the same price as my 1 year old which wasn’t cheap at over £5 each. There were older children running around in all the areas which limited were the 1 year old could go, so annoyed that the fee is the same for all ages. I do understand it is the schools holidays but didn’t really enjoy my visit.

Refused legal tender as payment. Staff were polite and offered me to pay on card,however a 50p surcharge as they wouldn’t accept my £10 note as it’s the old style (still currently legal tender!). It seems as though they want to make money from you paying on card and couldn’t provide a reason for not accepting the old style note! I’ll be off to rascals at the Capitol centre in future. The entry and refreshments are cheaper and they offer healthy options and accept current notes.

The pricing is ridiculous! Compared to play pad In Leyland you will be ripped off! £1.80 for a cup of coffee and over £6 per child for entry. It’s a rip off

Wow £7.50 for a play and dinner for an 18 month old! Another £7.59 for my dinner and a brew, and to say the chilli and microwaved jacket potato was awful is an under statement...

Very very overpriced centre, charging a two year old the same as my seven year old is terrible, she sat with me for a lot of the visit so hardly got her money's worth. This centre has the highest entry fee of all the play centres i have ever been too. The food and drinks are over priced, 80p for a single apple, could understand if it was a chocolate bar, but an apple which looked as though it has been in the same bowl for a few days. Not worth the money and will never return here.

They charge me £2.90 for my 2 year old to sit and watch her sister do a football lesson. She never goes in to play in the play centre!! Shocking and totally over priced
