Well me and my daughter loved are experience great food lovely staff and fun things for kids to keep them happy a fun activity pack and the hats and free pop corn helped.

We went last night for my daughters gender reveal party and the management and staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and attentive really enjoyed it and thank you so much for being so helpful xxxx

We love it here we come a lot if we go to the cinema. But it's having a face lift at the moment so can't wait till it reopens. Staff great, food amazing.

The chicken and chorizo skewers are to die for . So fresh . I suggest having the sweet potato fries ! Yum Yum . Staff great , food always fresh and hot . 10/10

Had a fantastic time last night my Daughter had a brill time staff were excellent with her made her feel part of the family/team even though ahe is only 5!!! A massive thank you to Rolands you have a special person and thank you for making my daughter Mia feel special will deffinantly be back xxxx

Brilliant service, fantastic food and a big shout out to Vasco our waiter who was lovely and couldn't do any more for us. Couldn't recommend enough.

Very good, waiter was super. Think some meals on menu a bit pricey.

The service was a bit slack but the food was awesome.

You have a choice of spicy, bbq, or bland. There is no flavour in the food, nor in the drinks. I was disappointed, but then I'm from California. Mexican food does not have bbq sauce!

Go fairly regularly usually enjoy the food, went last night all was fine, good service, good food, sat down faster than usual as well. The waiter just ruined it at the end. We ordered the street food and we were stuffed so we just asked for the bill and the waiter rudely shoved us the dessert menu and told us “just take a look, I have a job to do” and walked off.

Average!!! Sometimes too busy and service can be slow! And what's with the vegetarian food being way more expensive than other items on the menu?!!!

Went last night with the Mrs. Didn't like it to much. Got there ordered a drink waited 15 minutes and had to get up and go to the bar asking where it is. Got it around 5 minutes after that. Then when we got our main meals my girlfriend was given the wrong meal. So then we had to find a member of staff to sort this out and both had to sit and wait until the meal was sorted. The staff were polite and nice. But a lot of mistakes. I would have ignored it if the resturant was full. But it was not.

I was meant to get £12 off my bill, but the person only took £8 off if. As well as that the food made us ill the same day and the day after.

Me and my partner booked a table for 8:30 this evening. We finally sat down to eat at 9:15. I understand it was busy however that's why we booked. Our starters arrived quite promptly however after waiting half an hour for our main we had to tell the waiter to cancel the main meals as we had to leave to get to the film we had booked. I am now sat in the cinema eating a bag of popcorn for my tea!! We were in there for 1 hour and 45 mins and didn't even get a main course! We will not be returning!

How do I claim compensation?



So I went last night with a friend. I don't think it could have gone any worse.

First of all the service was slow and we probably waited 20 minutes for our first drinks.

Then we finally ordered our starters and mains. When they arrived my friend gave me one of his king prawns. I ate a good sized piece of the tail then took another bite and was horrified to see green gunge oosing out of its middle. At this point I felt sick. I had already swallowed another piece.



We immediately called a waiter over and the apologised and replaced the meal. This took another 20 minutes and then they forgot to bring the cutlery which was another delay. My friend also had to wait an absurd amount of time for his drink, we actually had to ask twice before we got it. The manager came out later on and apologised and said he would look after us. They reduced our bill which was the least they could do.



Now I'm off work today with severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I will loose a days pay today and probably tomorrow as well.
