We brought a car from chrome motors a few weeks ago. The service was excellent and they have kept on giving even after we have brought the car home with a free upgrade on the warrenty and sending us an extra key through the post. I would highly recommend a visit to this garage.
Traveled down from Glasgow to pick up a Merc S500 for my partner.
Cracking deal on the car and on arrival it was exactly what was described. Very easy to deal with and a lovely environment for anyone to buy a car. I dealt with Antony and he was a top lad .. also got to meet other in the team including the owner and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Just purchased my new work truck from Chrome who were very professional throughout. Viewed and test driven on Saturday then collected today. Gary kindly picked me up from the local train station and I was presented with my freshly valeted truck. Enjoyed the drive back to Lincolnshire.

I was more than impressed with my purchase from chrome motors. My new car has been a dream, no issues what so ever. A very easy, uncomplicated purchase. After dealing with both Gary and Anthony I found them extremely welcoming, they have such a relaxed, no pressure approach and this made me very comfortable viewing and test driving in my own time. Shame about the customer service after the sale of the vehicle , got told one thing by Gary then get completely ignored by the company after numerous attempts of contact ���
2 stars for being a nice clean showroom with a good selection of stock. However if you are buying please take a mechanic with you as none of the cars have been mechanically checked by a garage nor checked by Trading Standards as I was assured at the time of sale. As a lone female buyer this gave me false reassurance and went on to find my purchase had multiple, expensive mechanical faults to which I have had to stand to with no help from Chrome Motors. Took the pleasure away from my new car purchase to which I have been left extremely disappointed.
