Circus Play Description
Rules of Play
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our customers we ask all visitors to adhere to our simple rules of play.
Children must be supervised by an adult, over the age of 18 years, at all times whilst at Circus Play.
Your child remains your responsibility and is not permitted to be left unattended in the play centre at any time.
Only children who are under 4’10 or 148cm in height may play. Children over this height may be allowed to play at the discretion of the supervising staff.
Only food & drink purchased at Circus Play may be consumed on our premises – this is a condition of entry.
No food or drink items are allowed on any of the play equipment. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn on the equipment. Children not wearing socks risk serious injuries & health & safety risks. (socks available at reception)
We recommend long sleeves and trousers, and tucked in. Clothes made from man-made fibres are not recommended.
Children should remove spectacles, jewellery or sharp objects before entering the equipment.
You must ensure your child adheres to all sign & warnings regarding all play equipment and rides at the play centre.
We do not accept any responsibility for any child not adhering to the rules of play.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of equipment, clothing or articles brought into the building.
If we reach capacity we will have to enforce the 2 hour time limit.
We have the right to refuse admission to any customer.
We have the right ask any customer to leave the premises if the terms & conditions are not followed or the rules of play.
Anyone causing a nuisance to staff at the centre will be asked to leave.
Anyone causing any deliberate damage to the property at Circus Play will be liable.
Please inform a member of staff if your child has any sort of accident, however minor- one of our trained first aid staff will take care of you & record the injury. Accident forms remain the property of Circus Play and copies will not be given out.
Cakes can only be brought into the centre if an offical Circus Play birthday party has been booked.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
Management reserves the right to change entry times, admission prices, party packages, membership details & annual passes at their discretion, without prior notice, to suit the needs of the business & their customers.
Members who verbally abuse any member of Circus Play will be asked to leave & may be refused entry to Circus Play again.
We do not except any responsibility for any vehicles & property parked at the centre.
Please refrain from bringing your child to the play centre if your child is ill.
Please note that Circus Play is under CCTV surveillance by staff, to ensure the safety of the children.

🌞 Summer Holidays at Circus Play 🌞

We went to the Christmas party on 21st December and really enjoyed it. Santa spent plenty of time with my child, who is shy, giving him the best experience. Great value for money. Thank you Circus Play!
We came today to see Father Christmas. My eldest is nearly 7 youngest 2 and Nephew of 8 months. My 2 yr old wasnt too keen he told us not to worry and let him come over in his own time. ABSOLUTLEY the best Father christmas i have ever been to. Amazing with the children adding the extra touch of saying hello to each child by there names. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere and great room as well. Very well recomend. Excellent x
We came on two occasions the kids loved it.ideally escape for the kids to let off steam with safe play.also time for mums and dads to enjoy a coffee and something to eat and chat.the summer passes are well worth it.
Thank you to everyone at Circus Play especially Chloe our party host for organising a fantastic 4th birthday party for my daughter Megan. Everyone who came to the party had a brilliant time.
Thank you for a fab birthday party for Anaya today, party host Chloe was lovely and everything was perfect! Your play enter is the cleanest and newest in town xx
My son had his birthday party here yesterday 15th July and what a great birthday party it was. We picked the premium package and from start to finish it was fantastic the party was so professionally put together and the staff were constantly asking me how I wanted things. We got characters also and these were again fantastic the best I've seen, they entertained my son and his friends and family and we even had individual pictures with the characters which I thought was amazing. The food was also fantastic and the children loved everything as there was different food to suit what the kids wanted. Thank you circus play for the best birthday my son could of asked for. I would definitely recommend this place for your child's birthday party xxxx

My little girl turned one and we had a party here, the best service! Brilliant staff, food and play. My guests commented on how clean the place was! Keep up tue great work guys and thank you!
My daughter and I visited during half term. It was well worth the price. She had a wonderful time. There is also a fairly decent food menu that is quite affordable. The staff were incredible and even put on a surprise show for the children. We will definitely be visiting again.
I attend circus play regularly with my youngest for moo music. The staff are lovely and both of my children love it. We attended Breakfast with moana this morning and my kids had so much fun. �
Have attended the baby sensory class for months and both myself and my little girl absolutely love this class. Plenty of different things for the babies to explore and Debbie the girl who runs it is so lovely and very welcoming. Would recommend this class to anyone xx
Had my son's 3rd birthday party here today and it was brilliant. All the children enjoyed themselves, the cooked breakfast went down a treat with the children and our party host Chloe was fab! All adults commented how lovely the party room was, the food and the cleanliness of the centre. Thanks again to you all and I would recommend to anyone. See you all soon!

Fantastic clean facilities, and the food is lovely. My 4 year old goes every week with his Nan and friends and he loves it. Staff are excellent
Circus play is definitely one of the best play areas that I have taken any of my children or grandchild.
I recently visited with my 3 yr old Grandaughter
At first she wouldn't entertain going in as it was her first visit and at the point of turning away 1 of the assistants whose name was Hannah Gaskell took time to reassure and give confidence to my granddaughter
Who then went hand in hand into the play centre and had a wonderful 3 hours.
A bonus was the reasonably priced and very tasty food that is available.
The area was clean and bright with lots for kids of all ages to do.
I will definitely be returning 10 out of 10 from me
Been to the Christmas party today and it was absolutely brilliant!! Phoebe and pearl loved every minute and so did me and Rachel �� and the look on the girls face when minnin and Micky mouse turned up was priceless � we even got mulled wine at the end �� thanks so much for a brilliant time � xXx
My grandchildren love it at circus play it's very clean the food is good value 4 money but it can some times be cold in there and Lisa and Debbie are very helpful and lovely girl's see u next week x
Attended baby sensory today, which we started attending before Christmas. Fabulous baby sensory so much for the babies to explore, but was disappointed today at how many people where squashed into the room to attend. My first thoughts where how many does this room hold and is it a fire risk with so many parents and small babies in one room if need to evacuate. I understand why it is so popular to parents and their babies but it needs a limit of how many can attend as you where not able to explore all aspects of move around the room. Or do 3 half hour sessions if so busy.
We came here on Friday 16/03 after numerous recommendations. When we arrived there were only a few people in. There was bread and ham all over the floor near one of the tables and by the time we left an hour and half later, it was still there. It was not busy by any means (4 children in total), so really no excuse for this. Also, my 2 year old son was playing in the toddler section and picked up a mouldy piece of chicken, luckily my husband grabbed it before it went in his mouth, it had obviously been there a while! He also picked up a rather large screw! I handed it in at reception when we left and the girl looked quite shocked. My son enjoyed himself immensely but due to the reasons stated I very much doubt we’ll be back.
