I’m truly sorry for the bruises I have caused, however I do actually hate it as much as you do! The important thing is I do everything in my power to avoid it. I am constantly updating and revising my anatomical knowledge, I choose techniques, methods of delivery and aftercare procedures which reduce th...e risk as much as possible. I also ask that my patients help too by eliminating alcohol prior to treatment, as well as non essential aspirin and anti- inflammatories, as well as ginseng, turmeric, vitamin E and fish oil.
