Purchased a tumble dryer and it was delivered the following week. Took the old one away and installed the new one. Even apologised for the water spilling on the floor when removing the old one, even though it was my fault for not emptying the condenser drawer! Would definitely shop here again for future appliances.

Once again excellent service, great advice and went out of his way to be helpful. Also delivered when was convenient to us. Would strongly recommend this guy, he's brilliant! Many thanks, we'll be back if we need any other appliances.

Needed a log burner for my new house. Tom at clocktower gave me some great advice and options. They delivered the log burner and their recommended installer John from Glow stoves did a brilliant installation. Cheers guys

My latest purchase from Clocktower is a Bosch fridge-freezer, after our old one died in the run-up to Christmas. As usual, the price, service and delivery were exemplary. This included switching the doors from right-hinged to left before delivery. Thanks very much to Tom and the team!

My Fridge Freezer full of Xmas food stopped working today. I changed the fuse but it still didn't work so I shot off in my car to Clock Tower Domestic Appliance Specialists in Milnthorpe to see if they could help. They were fantastic and had a new model delivered, unpacked and working within the hour, yes actually within an hour! What an absolutely great service guys. Thank you so much. Great service when I purchased a washing machine for mother in Ambleside just before Christmas. I was visiting from Australia when the washing machine broke – at a busy time . The person I spoke to was very helpful in terms of choice of machine and we managed to get an time arranged for 22/12 (the last one before Xmas?!). The new machine was installed the machine promptly & efficiently and the old one taken away. A great relief as I was returning to Australia after Xmas. Thank you!

Great advice and support from a local retailer that really knows their stuff, helping customers to find their ideal appliance from the hundreds of models available. We also had our vacuum cleaner repaired at Clocktower at a fraction of the cost of buying a replacement. And there is a vast range of bulbs and spares in stock at their Milnthorpe store. I would not hesitate to recommend Clocktower to anyone looking to buy, replace or repair an appliance.

Brilliant.... kind, helpful, informative and EXCELLENT service..... my broken washing machine was fixed within the hour- I would recommend the shop and services to everyone.
