Its taken a few years but we have at last a full belted Galloway calf.
What a lovely day. Grace having fun in the sun watched over by Tip. I do love her pink wheelbarrow.
Lambing is well under way now. The wee lambs are so cute! Our guests love visiting the lambing shed and watching all that goes on there.
Its always great to get the cattle outside after they have been indoors over winter. Our photos always seem to show the animals on the lawn in front of our holiday accommodation and so here they are again. We have the first arrivals on the farm this year. Both calves are little girls, called Kate and Tess. Tess is the little brown one with the white strip all the way around her middle. They have been enjoying the sunshine and their mummies have been enjoying grass.
Another beautiful day with temperature 18 of degrees. Ray was busy working in his new vegetable garden and Tip was loving playing outside
What a beautiful cold afternoon here at the farm. Could not resist trying to capture the view. The sky with its red glow is fantastic.
Well the snow came down fast this morning. Took these pictures this afternoon feeding some of the animals. It looks lovely but makes kife hard work!!!!
What a stunning morning love the photo of the big moon just behind our house.
We love to have children stay with us. This is a drawing done by 2 of the children who stayed over the Christmas period. They loved the horse and donkeys in the field opposite our accommodation. Great pictures
Happy new Year to you all. May 2019 bring you health and happiness in al you do.
Look who popped out of our Christmas tree again this year. Hettie is Rebecca's cat but comes to visit nearly every day for a while. I wondered what was happening to the tree when it started shaking. Can anyone come up with a good caption for this photo?
Its a beautiful Christmas eve morning here at the farm. This photo gives a glimpse of the lovely sky our guests looked on when they got up today.
Ray, Ethel and all at the farm would like to wish all our customers a very Happy Christmas and our very best wishes for 2019. Hope to see you in 2019 x
Well this is the last baby calf to be born this year at the farm. Looks like a little cutie. Our guests love to see the animals in the filed just in front of the chalets. Even better when the sun shines
