Just happened upon this great little party hat make, ideal for New Year's Eve parties. I think they are designed with children in mind but why should we let them have all the fun. I would love to have one of these to wear at my party. Yes I know we have to get through Christmas first but sometimes it's nice to be prepared. :-D
