Would recommend this place to anyone. Really happy with the service. When i received my ps4 back it was slightly damaged and console wizard were really good and sent me the new part that i needed. Definitely 5 star and i will use them again

Totally amazing place full disc drive with lazer all in just over an hr I expected at least 3 days. Original parts too you just can't go wrong.

Took ps4 for an initial repair which seemingly failed so took it back and explained the problem and was taken and repaired within a week. Its even had a clean. Runs like new. Only suggestion i could make for improved customer service would be to liase with clients if repairs are over the stated 1-3 days. Other than that will deffo use these guys again

Took my sons ps4 here yesterday. He had to have a new HDMI port in they did an excellent job and was a great price. Son is happy he didnt lose his 2 years work on Minecraft. Thanks Mark and team you made my son happy. Took 10 mins to do it. Brilliant service.

Took my laptop here when the cursor had frozen and the touch pad wasn't working. The gentlemen who served me were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It was fixed and ready to collect within 24 hours at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this service, would definitely go there again. Thanks so much x

Took my PS3 in for repair after a YLOD and was quoted quickly for a reflow. This didn't work and they then suggested a new quote for a reball (both quotes priced well). Unfortunately, neither worked but they didn't charge me a penny for trying either, a real shame but out of their control.



Even though my console is not repairable (without switching the main board) I'm still giving a great review. Great people that know their stuff and more than happy to help.

Took in a 4 year old xbox 360 over a year ago having disk tray problems. Got it fixed entirely within an hour at a very competitive price, while the manager explained to me in simple terms what needed repairing. One year later, still works perfectly. Speaks for itself really,

Spot on company and know what they are doing. Had my Xbox one diagnosed and repaired by them. Great communication and fast repair.



Unfortunately repair wasn't done correctly but they took it back again and sorted it out for me at no cost at all (postage paid by them aswell) and again had it back in no time again. 2 days without console in total, picked up and repaired same day, delivered next day. Again great communication told me what they were doing what had gone wrong and were very apologetic (Was down to a faulty bactch of harddrives they had in-stock).



Would definitely use again and cannot fault them at all. It's been a year since the repair and it's still going strong. Thanks guys! Will be used for all future repairs and may look into modifications! 5*

Recently bought a used xbox 360 from a classified ad, and the dvd drive door was stuck shut. Phoned Console Wizard who said it would be twenty quid. Very polite and courteous. Very professional. Sent the console to them via their Collect24 service on the Tuesday, and this was the slowest part of the process. Got an email on Thursday to say it had been received, then another email yen minutes later to say it was repaired and on its way back. Had it back in my house by the Friday. Chuffed to bits!

I emailed them on the Tuesday to say it had a copy of Modern Warfare 3 in the drive. Once again they were very polite and professional and assured me that the game would be in the drive. Two weeks on the drive still fully operational and no complaints. Going to recommend Console Wizard to everyone I've ever met in my life! Proper job!

I have recently used Console Wizard to repair a couple of iphone 6's. All i can say is that these guys are outstanding! Super friendly, knowledgeable, great service and above all the prices are VERY reasonable. Both phones were repaired and returned within a few hours. Don't bother going anywhere else! So glad they are local to me. Well done guys - 5 star service!

Had my fat backward compatible PS3 serviced with these guys very happy fast delivery turned around within 3 days back to me before the weekend now have a bit more piece if mind as cleaned internally + termal paste to help stop over heating hopefully.

Did a great job fixing my old PS3 after it YLOD'd on me after six years, glad I picked Console Wizard who fixed the problem in less than a week of sending it off to them and kept me in the loop whenever I asked questions about the whole process. Definitely keeping in mind for the future if anything else of mine ever breaks down. Amazing service.

After having the PS3 Slim since new (which is a number of years now) it recently started sounding like a leaf blower. Console Wizard sorted my baby out within a couple of days & she's now back at home & whisper quiet again.

I sent my psp for th repairation of the UMD door which was broken, after 3 week of absolutely nothing I sent an email and they answered that they apologise and their SONY engineer was out for holiday, so it has been taken a month or more for the the repairation(though the UMD door doesn't close perfectly so the 2 stars are also for not that good job) but I wouldn't complain if they just told me they had problems with staff or whatever and the repairation would take longer than usual. maybe I've been unfortunate this time, but I cannot recommend console wizard
