- Cotswolds Guided Tours - OMG SHEEEEEEEEP! Well with schools breaking up today for the summer, this wasn't quite the traffic jam I was expecting out on #tour today, but hey this is the #Cotswolds after all ♡

Well, for 10 days a year the confetti fields are open just a short drive from the #Cotswolds, at a place called Wick near Pershore. Mum has always wanted to see them so with hubby out on #tour with our wonderful guests from #NEWYORK #Seattle #London I took a day off to visit, but couldn't help trying out a photo shoot with our tour guide t-shirts : ) it is absolutely gorgeous, the colours are amazing and would recommend this to anyone staying locally, for those of you who can't make it this week, thought you would like to those the photos ♡

What an amazing week so far, the daffodils are in bloom with the promise of warmer weather on the way. April is proving a busy month for us which is amazing, and we now have bookings on every date in May which is totally awesome! We joined @Cotswolds Guided Tours for 2 tours, Famous Cotswolds and Hidden Villages. Richard led the tours with ease and while introducing the sites, managed to bring Cotswolds history to life. The day included time to walk around in most villages and time for a lunch break. Meeting the other very interesting guests was bonus!

We had a truly wonderful and memorable day in the Cotswolds with Richard as our host. Everything from the booking process to being dropped off back at the station at the conclusion of the day were handled in a most friendly and professional manner. The villages we visited were absolutely stunning and we had ample time to explore each of them on our own. A fabulous day out.

My husband, adult daughter and I had a wonderful time on this tour with Lucy. The group is small enough that you get to know everyone and the villages we toured were just lovely. Lucy was a warm and interesting host, and provided lots of historical information about all of the villages. I would highly recommend this company!

Just finished my two-day Cotswolds tours including the fantastic ‘hidden village tour’ and ‘magical Cotswolds tour’ with Richard and Lucy. They were so hospitable with the best service to each member and introduced lots of interesting local history in detail to strengthen our background to know Cotswolds!



Within this weekend we visited lots of lovely manor houses, attractions and secret villages that are difficult to approach particularly by public transport, including Broadway Tower and its town centre, blooming lavenders in Snowshill and the town, Stanway house, Dover’s hill, Stanton and Chipping Campden in the hidden village tour; as well as including Adlestrop, Chastleton, Great Tew for those lovely British conventional thatched cottages, the relics of king’s and rollright stones, a local brewery in Hook Norton and Broughton castle in Banbury in today’s magical tour.



I am highly recommending everyone who would like to visit here and enjoy in small villages of Cotswolds taking part in a small group with Richard and Lucy!

If it was possible to give a 10 star rating we would! After much research we chose to do two tours with Lucy and Richard on the 11th and 12th May. What a treat we were in for! Clear and concise information covering everything we need to know was provided right from the start. The outstanding service continued when I had no luck booking a taxi from Woodstock to the Cotswolds the day before our tour. Lucy not only sourced a local taxi but offered to book for us! The royal treatment continued after we arrived. Free pick ups and returns are offered for the tours from a few Cotswolds towns – where else can you get that? Not staying in the Cotswolds? No problem – you can catch the train from London and Lucy and Richard will pick you up from the station at Moreton in Marsh. We did the Famous Cotswolds tour with Richard which was wonderful. We had previously done a few of the towns on a large coach tour from London a few years ago – you just can’t compare the two. This is almost like a private tour with a maximum of 7 guests. We had not seen Upper and Lower Slaughter before so we particularly enjoyed those.

The next day we were picked up again along with our luggage as we were transferring to London that evening. We had the amazing Lucy for the Hidden Villages tour. These are the places the big buses don’t go to or can’t get to. We did a 13 country tour the week after this and were away for almost 6 weeks and we both agree that this was the best day of our trip. It was pure magic! Lucy’s warmth and genuine desire for her guests to have the best experience possible shines through. From the little touches during the day like the bottles of water available on the coach, umbrellas too, to offering to take pictures of you – how many times do we miss getting pictures of ourselves? Lucy just wants her clients to share her love for the Cotswolds and the day is filled with fascinating info and history and laughs too. I can’t believe how many places we went to on this tour and we never felt rushed. There seemed to be just the right amount of time for every place we went to and the recommendations from Lucy for our lunch stops were spot on. We chose the Broadway Deli and it was wonderful. This tour included such a diverse mix of places from Broadway Tower to Snowshill and Stanton and so much more in between. Any Father Brown fans are in for a real treat too with a visit to Blockley included! Thank you so much Lucy and Richard for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. We hope we can make it back one day to take some more of your wonderful tours.

Richard provided excellent commentary - informative & interesting, making it a great day all round. Also very glad I decided to join a small tour, rather than the coach tours departing London.

Can we have ������? We just finished the Cotswolds Magical Tour with Lucy and Richard and had an amazing time visiting gems on the outskirts of the Cotswolds region such as Great Tew, Adlerstop, Hook Norton Brewery and Chastleton House. I shall not disclose the secret place which we visited at the end of the tour cos it is really a Secret! The ride was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the extraordinary and I am very sure the other tours that Lucy and Richard offer must be very good as well! �������

Within this weekend we visited lots of lovely manor houses, attractions and secret villages that are difficult to approach particularly by public transport, including Broadway Tower and its town centre, blooming lavenders in Snowshill and the town, Stanway house, Dover’s hill, Stanton and Chipping Campden in the hidden village tour; as well as including Adlestrop, Chastleton, Great Tew for those lovely British conventional thatched cottages, the relics of king’s and rollright stones, a local brewery in Hook Norton and Broughton castle in Banbury in today’s magical tour.



I am highly recommending everyone who would like to visit here and enjoy in small villages of Cotswolds taking part in a small group with Richard and Lucy!

If it was possible to give a 10 star rating we would! After much research we chose to do two tours with Lucy and Richard on the 11th and 12th May. What a treat we were in for! Clear and concise information covering everything we need to know was provided right from the start. The outstanding service continued when I had no luck booking a taxi from Woodstock to the Cotswolds the day before our tour. Lucy not only sourced a local taxi but offered to book for us! The royal treatment continued after we arrived. Free pick ups and returns are offered for the tours from a few Cotswolds towns – where else can you get that? Not staying in the Cotswolds? No problem – you can catch the train from London and Lucy and Richard will pick you up from the station at Moreton in Marsh. We did the Famous Cotswolds tour with Richard which was wonderful. We had previously done a few of the towns on a large coach tour from London a few years ago – you just can’t compare the two. This is almost like a private tour with a maximum of 7 guests. We had not seen Upper and Lower Slaughter before so we particularly enjoyed those.

The next day we were picked up again along with our luggage as we were transferring to London that evening. We had the amazing Lucy for the Hidden Villages tour. These are the places the big buses don’t go to or can’t get to. We did a 13 country tour the week after this and were away for almost 6 weeks and we both agree that this was the best day of our trip. It was pure magic! Lucy’s warmth and genuine desire for her guests to have the best experience possible shines through. From the little touches during the day like the bottles of water available on the coach, umbrellas too, to offering to take pictures of you – how many times do we miss getting pictures of ourselves? Lucy just wants her clients to share her love for the Cotswolds and the day is filled with fascinating info and history and laughs too. I can’t believe how many places we went to on this tour and we never felt rushed. There seemed to be just the right amount of time for every place we went to and the recommendations from Lucy for our lunch stops were spot on. We chose the Broadway Deli and it was wonderful. This tour included such a diverse mix of places from Broadway Tower to Snowshill and Stanton and so much more in between. Any Father Brown fans are in for a real treat too with a visit to Blockley included! Thank you so much Lucy and Richard for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. We hope we can make it back one day to take some more of your wonderful tours.

Enjoyed a fantastic day touring the beautiful Cotwolds as part of the 'Famous Cotwolds Tour'. A nice variety of locations, and sufficient time at the several stops that are made. Richard provided excellent commentary - informative & interesting, making it a great day all round. Also very glad I decided to join a small tour, rather than the coach tours departing London.

Can we have ������? We just finished the Cotswolds Magical Tour with Lucy and Richard and had an amazing time visiting gems on the outskirts of the Cotswolds region such as Great Tew, Adlerstop, Hook Norton Brewery and Chastleton House. I shall not disclose the secret place which we visited at the end of the tour cos it is really a Secret! The ride was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the extraordinary and I am very sure the other tours that Lucy and Richard offer must be very good as well! �������

We joined @Cotswolds Guided Tours for 2 tours, Famous Cotswolds and Hidden Villages. Richard led the tours with ease and while introducing the sites, managed to bring Cotswolds history to life. The day included time to walk around in most villages and time for a lunch break. Meeting the other very interesting guests was bonus!

We had a truly wonderful and memorable day in the Cotswolds with Richard as our host. Everything from the booking process to being dropped off back at the station at the conclusion of the day were handled in a most friendly and professional manner. The villages we visited were absolutely stunning and we had ample time to explore each of them on our own. A fabulous day out.

My husband, adult daughter and I had a wonderful time on this tour with Lucy. The group is small enough that you get to know everyone and the villages we toured were just lovely. Lucy was a warm and interesting host, and provided lots of historical information about all of the villages. I would highly recommend this company!
