We are pleased to announce that the match lake is now open for pleasure/match fishing.

Went to fish the Match lake today, did about 4 hours with Gordie Hopkins & Jonny 'Barkin' Loader'" , was very impressed with both the lay out of the snake Lake and the Fishing.

Plenty of small carp and Small f1s , 125 to be exact on the pole shallow, with 6mm pellets.



This is a very new match snake lake and to be fair many of the fish have not yet seen a bait or angler, But future potential it has in abundance and will only get better over time, Ideal for small match of 16 or so people.



What has also impressed me greatly is the effort and Friendlyness of the owners Alan & Tam, who are very keen to make the fishery popular with match anglers and Carp anglers alike.. This is a fishery in the making from people who are keen to make it work, and I for one am happy to help spread the word.
