We did a pub crawl down Smithdown road yesterday and visited this bar. I thought it was a quirky but lovely bar which sold a fantastic pint of ice cold Goose IPA cheers �

Walked in for an impromptu after work drink with my partner. Had a great evening, great food and great ale - as arnie said “I’ll be back”

Super atmospher,great company good music,friendly staff most af all top beers would highly recommend

No TVs, great selection of beers, looks great too. Shut up and take my money.

Nice venue, bringing some much-needed variety to the rather boring Smithdown pub scene. I liked that there's a range of beer to suit different pockets. Looking forward to the addition of cask ale to the offering.

Great variety of craft beers available on draft, bottle and can. The beer list is constantly changing and evolving, keeping it quite interesting. Friendly environment with a weekly pub quiz which is always a good laugh!

Great space for events! Performed stand-up comedy here. The manager was on top of everything, the room is super cool and the locals were full of character - had a chat with loads of people before and after the show. Looking forward to coming back. Loved it!

And the beers! Massive selection of quality beers to try!

Great place. I performed comedy here and the lotion of craft beers was superb. Great staff and I reckon the managers cocktail. Loved it. Very New York/East London vibe...cheers..highly recommended go check it out!

A great pub to just walk into and have an unexpectedly, unplanned evening. Yesterday evening was quiz night, and we had just literally walked in off the street and decided to participate! We came 2nd! Lol. I was up to visit my son, I live in Dorset and had the best night in a pub in a very long time. Fabulous evening, funny and a good warm welcome, great choice of beers. Sadly I will miss out on our prize of coming 2nd, Dorrian Grey beer pitcher, I had a pint which was lovely.��.

All in all an untouchable Taproom!
