Went for a lovely meal with my husband Tony. I had the steak and onion baguette and salad. Tony had the cheese pie, with the mint aero cheesecake to follow. The food and staff were lovely. Hannah cooks great food.

We all had the Christmas dinner on the 7th December , some people went for the steak menu, the food was plentiful and excellent quality, thank you all for a great day

Took our dog in. Food was excellent. So good we ordered a desert.

Lovely home cooked food, deffo recommend we managed to get week time offer definitely food value for money

I visited here last night for my birthday and we all had a great night ! Excellent friendly staff, great home cooked food, fast service! The band and excellent atmosphere made it a really great night and I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Well worth a visit!!

Had my birthday tea here yesterday (6th November). Was treated to the Craven Grill, wine and cheese cake for afters. The food was wonderful and beautifully presented and the staff were very attentive. Excellent meal - recommend to all. Thank you.

Brilliant service , excellent food

The food was good when it arrived but had to wait a while in between courses soup was lovely , prawns where okay , the full Sunday roast dinner was really good and portion size was generous, service was slow

Had a very nice meal yet again...here in this nice and quaint pub....a nice variety of meal and snacks...and their is a 2 meals for £12 Menu as well...i would strongly reccomend you try their lemon ice cream cake....it is delicous....

Went here for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Steak & ale pie was good, but I've never seen chips like these......almost burnt, more like roast potatoes than chips and appeared to have been kept warm. Veg was cooked nicely though unfortunately spoiled by being soaked in butter. Waitress was friendly, but slow service and waited so long to order our dessert we gave up and didn't have one.

Was good food great party but the bar staff was not entirely friendly after I said I haven’t been here before ..... defo a locals pub shame the bar staff wasn’t more welcoming but the waiting staff was great 😬 the food is a little over priced to say it’s “pub grub”

Husband had a fish and chips and that's ok..i had a ribs and that's ok. Just disappointed with the pulled pork nachos with guacamole. The pulled pork was just dumped on top of my nachos. Guacamole was a light green mayonnaise that doesn't taste of guacamole.
