HereтАЩs an interesting piece of analysis to consider. Most actions we decide upon are reactive. For example a New Years resolution as as simple as тАШgetting fitтАЩ well if youтАЩre deciding to do that is that simply a reaction to that youтАЩre unfit? Or is it a reactive decision because youтАЩve been told by a Doctor to improve your fitness? Do you ever book a holiday and then decide you best get in shape? Generally when thereтАЩs a couple of months before the flight. Due to modern day s...ocial choices such as gaming and drinking staying active is becoming less of a choice and becoming more of a reactive decision. Excuse making is taking over goal setting and actual achieving. Rolling over in the morning and pressing snooze takes over the get up and go attitude. Going home from work and sitting in your pyjamas before itтАЩs even 7pm is an actual thing. When did our parents sit in their pyjamas in the evening when we were growing up? So ultimately when we turn into 2019, are we going to only stay motivated for a reactive reason or are we going to do it because we want to become the best versions of ourselves? Stay focused this next year and STOP making excuses... was visiting in blackburn and stopped in, felt very welcome and enjoyed the workout, crossfit delta is a good representation of the crossfit community.

Visited the Delta Fox box whilst seeing relatives and can honestly say this is one of the best crews ive had the pleasure of sweating with. Excellent work out. Great kit. Brilliant staff and friendly work out partners (Special thanks to Gaz for putting up with a newbie!). This is now my northern home from home for crossfit. 5*

Used delta fox for a works day today and have to say Mikey was brilliant. The work outs were so intense I won't be able to walk or move for about a week. Great facility. Thanks for everything today.

So after years of lumping weights and losing the will to live I walked into Deltafox to give something different a go. That was 2 1/2 years ago.

It's tough, demanding yet so much fun (yes I put that in writing). The support from the coaches is second to none, the programming is top Drawer and the additional classes blow your mind.

My only regret? Not finding this sport ten years ago.

I can't recommend This gym highly enough.

Really enjoy the sessions fab place to go. Highly recommend. This comes from someone who would hide away from exercise.

I'm a very keen runner and race regularly completing anything from 10K up to Half Marathon and Full Marathon Fell races. Training at DeltaFox has supported my progression, helping me improve my core strength / core balance which is very important to help increase my stamina and pace strength in long hilly races. The Team are Great and the atmosphere is buzzing. Such a friendly place to sweat heavily and enjoy the burn.

I have been working out at DeltaFox whilst visiting family in the area. The coaches and members are very welcoming and I felt like I was part of the team immediately. If you are considering visiting a box in East Lancashire, you can't go past this one. Thanks to Mikey for your hospitality.

Had a great drop-in sesh here yesterday. Good gym, good wod, legs are feeling the thruster/box jump combo today! Really friendly helpful coaching and friendly group. Thanks guys!
