We book a holiday today with charlotte at dumail she was fantastic. The shop was really really busy but she didn't rush us at all. If anything i was panicing because we were taking so long. Thank you to Charlotte at Cumbria Travel. She helped us book our special holiday to Dubai and Thailand. On the way down the motorway we got stuck in traffic and we honestly thought we would miss our flight. We rang Charlotte in a bit of a panic. She rang the airport and explained the situation to them. She even took all our paperwork home with her as the shop was about to close. Thankfully we caught our flight and had an amazing holiday. Everything that she planned for us went exactly to plan. Recently we booked a holiday to Nerja and on our return Easyjet cancelled our flight due to a French National strike. Gemma was really helpful; taking all the stress out of the situation with regard to what we should do, when and how to go about it, especially in regard to claims. Once we contacted her she sent supportive messages and even managed our compensation claim form on our eventual return. Thank you sooooo much. We will definitely be back to book with Cumbria Travel.
