We create these spaces in the form of one-to-one counselling and workshops. We also offer bespoke training to help other individuals and organisations so the same for their people and clients.

Shelley Aspden who is running it said: Yoga for Stress and Anxiety would be an amazing workshop not just for Yoga people but therapists as well. The physiology and neuroscience that I will be discussing regarding the breath, could really help with their practises. She’s happy for people to get in touch if they want more details.
